Review 1：The bad was broken and uncomfortable. There was no hair dryer, plastic bag, slipper. No additional chair and desk lamp. Staff need to be keen to serve and give better experience for visitors.

Review 3：The house keepers are not very present. No one cleaned my room for almost a week, even thought I put the note on the door. The light is not very good if you want to read. In the bathroom you don't have a bathtub or a shower cabin.

Review 4：The hotel is very nice, very comfortable, cheap and good quality. I stayed 9 days in the hotel and I felt very good. I will come back anytime. I highly recommend it.

Review 12：There is no any curtain or anything else around the shower - everything get wet after a shower in the bathroom. The fridge did not work.

Review 13：This is a simple *** hotel - but it is quite clean, staff is helpful. Air conditioning was working properly. It is far from the city center and from the Old Town, but it can be quite good for people travelling by car and just visit Plovdiv to get an overall impression of the city.

Review 14：There was an old smell of tobacco smoke in the room. The carpet on the floor had many cigarette burns all over it and the matress wasn't clean. Breakfast was poor. Air conditioner's stream was pointed right to the bed.

Review 15：Very friendly staff. Gave us a blanket when we asked, called a taxi and provided with an early breakfast when were going to leave in the morning. People are really nice. The price is good. Location is not in the center but quite convenient.
