Review 1：Filthy, filthy, filthy. Would not refund money lost in their Cokemachine. Could not sleep due to the extremely loud lounge. It was soloud I felt like I was trying to sleep in the lounge. Left at 1:00 am togo to another place. Do not stay here!!!! Very cheap and filthy motel.It is a roach motel. Wifi did not work and manager was rude!
Review 2：Requested a late check out when we checked in as I had an appointment in the morning and wanted to let the teenagers sleep in. Got a call at 11:50 from the teenagers that they had been kicked out of the room. Drove up at 12:50 and the boys were standing out front with all of the luggage. Really?!!! Spoke to the male housekeeper. He was rude and spoke very little English. Went to the desk and the desk manager was unapologetic. Would never recommend this hotel to anyone!
Review 3：I have stayed here several times in years past and never had any problem, but this time with the present owners who only took over last year, there was something in the room that made me and my grown daughter itch all night, to the point that we got no sleep. I don't know if it's the laundry detergent they use or what, but I doubt that I will ever stay here again. I got NO sleep.
Review 4：The front desk clerk on the evening shift was extremely nice and when I called for some more towels she brought them right down.
Review 5：If you pull up the address in goggle maps it takes you 11 miles to the south out of the way. The number that was listed for them that was sent in our confirmation email was out of service. When we finally got to the "inn" it was not what was shown in the pictures on booking.com, it has apparently changed iwnership in the last month and the old Northgate inn is now called something else and this place took the Northgate Inn name. We could not cancel our reservation due to booking.com cancellation policy even though this place was clearly not what we booked. The A/C sounded like a waterfall all night, there was a puddle under it in the morning. The pillows felt like bags of tennis balls and the mini fridge made a loud ticking noise all night. The manger seemed unconcerned the next morning about any of our issues.
