Review 1：Have stayed there previously and will do again ! The apartments are excellent and with the Irie restaurant on site it makes it better! It couldn't be in a better location a 2minute walk to the amazing Dover beach and close to all the wonderful bars and restaurants you could ask for The staff are the best so friendly welcoming us on are return and cannot do enough for you! They are lovely and always start you day with a smile and kind word.
Review 2：There were two bad things; the air conditioner did not work the first night and the music from the karaoke bar across the street went on until 3 some nights even though we were assured they shut it down by 11PM.
Review 3：We really appreciated how clean the property was and the friendliness of the staff although the security guard seemed more interested in playing video games on his phone than anything else.
Review 4：Not the fault of Monteray but being in room 18 - the bedroom was connected to room 17 by a locked door. Unfortunately this meant any room 17 noise came through this door and as they liked to watch TV from 5am I wasnt very happy! The free wi-fi was up and down in our room on the top floor. Maybe it was better nearer to reception.
Review 5：Nice small development of apartments all with balconies facing the pool and reception. Ours was huge for 2 people and 2 more could have slept in the lounge. Only a couple of minutes walk to Dover beach. Nice small swimming pool. Bars and St Lawrence Gap main drag easy to walk to. The cafe by reception looked popular with its local food and patties but I didnt use it.

Review 7：Nice, spacy and clean apartment, close to everything (there is a small supermarket nearby, 5 min walk to the nice beach, 10 min walk to all the fun at the St. L. Gap.
Review 8：Perfect location, easy to get out and about. Room okay, pretty basic but that is reflected in the price. Staff were very nice a special mention for shontalia from front desk who was excellent.
Review 9：Great location, 3 min from the beach. St.Lawrence gap is the party zone so is ideal also for nights out without the need of driving. The apartments are spacious, clean and comfy. The staff is always smiling and ready to help with anything you need. A great base if you don`t want to spend your days in an all inclusive resort but you want to explore the island.
Review 10：Partly my fault. When making my booking I didn't read the fine print and when I cancelled and tried to re book I realized I was charged for an extra night because of the cancelation. There was no way of getting around this charge but everything at the hotel was good

Review 12：They didn't have a restaurant open and we have to walk to get food every day that was the only thing that I didn't like. Also there was a lot of people hanging outside close the apartment they got very noisy at times

Review 14：Part my falult in the booking. I ended up with a double booking using wrong cc. When I tried to correct I was allowed to cancel and wrote to confirm but still was charged twice still working this out.
Review 15：Staff was very friendly and accomodating. Since we arrived laate the night waatchman let us in and checked us in our room and showed us how everything worked. Very accomodating. Comfortable and good location. This is not a resort it a great place to stay if you want to visit the island from a central location and have a nice place to retire at night with access restaurants etc.
