Review 1：My wife felt the shower wasn't well suited for a shorter person.

Review 2：The price was fabulous and the room was huge. Almost a suite. Three very comfortable chairs. Beds were comfortable.

Review 3：Located right in the middle of most attractions, but surprisingly quiet in the back building on the second floor.Nothing fancy but clean, beds comfortable.

Review 5：The hotel didn't look like much from the outside but our room was huge. It was no frills but the staff was very nice and the room was clean.

Review 6：CLEAN CLEAN CLEAN. That was number one priority and it was. Rooms were large and opened into an inside hallway not to a parking lot so this felt safer. Staff couldn't have been nicer. Location was right between Rockvale and Tanger outlets.

Review 7：I think the continent breakfast. Could have been abit better. The staff was very nice. But the room could have had personal hygiene products or at least offer some, if some had been forgotten.

Review 8：Able to hear others conversations in our room. Sounded like someone screeched a couple of times. Wasn't relaxing. Smelled like someone lit up a cigarette next door. Doors opening and closing.

Review 13：While unpacking my suitcase, I turned on the television in my room and the picture quit. I informed the man at the front desk and he was beyond nice. Once it was determined that the tv was toast, he went out and made sure I had a replacement television so I could still watch if I so chose.

Review 14：The first time my friend and I stayed, there was a long hallway to the bathroom and no heat. We had to get a heater. The last time, which was 9/12, it's a good thing we had the Fan on in the room because the noise upstairs went on all through the night. We did not sleep well at all. They let too many people come in late at night. I didn't like the sink OUTSIDE the bathroom.

Review 15：Convenient Location to AMT. That's what I come to Lancaster for. I really like the owners and Patrick. He's a nice kid. Very nice TV in our room.

Review 16：Needed a late check-in due to a wedding I was attending and everyone was most helpful with this. Greeted by name when I arrived as well as the next morning when I went to the office for breakfast. Both the night and morning staff asked about the wedding as well as my travels. Great staff.

Review 17：Parking was extremely tight. Alternative was using the hotel parking next door and walking over. No coffee in the room. WiFi was slow.

Review 24：The daytime person who greeted us was very short and curt on the day we arrived(Sunday) and was very short whenever we asked any questions. Had to ring bell in morning and no sooner asked a question and he abruptly answered and left the room before I could get the second question out and had to call him back out. Owners should think about changing toilets in the rooms. Saw mostly older people where we were and our room had a very low toilet not good for people with knee replacements and bad backs.

Review 25：Convenient to most local activities and sights. Meena the cleaning lady was very helpful and got us all we needed. The night time employee (different gentleman than daytime person) was super helpful--getting us a dryer, unlocking our room since we locked ourselves out. (Sunday night)

Review 27：The TV was a bit of a problem (couldn't get rid of the closed caption or turn it off - had to unplug it). We appreciated the help to get the TV to work initially. Couldn't keep the door locked without using the dead bolt.

Review 32：Location was near everything but busy traffic wise. The staff was very helpful in telling us what was happening in the area and where to dine, based on if we wanted local fair or tourist locations.

Review 33：The continental breakfast was a joke. you could still hear road noise even on the back side of the property - it is situated on a 4 lane highway. The room was run down and not 100% as pictured - (half of the bed frame was being supported with pallet wood rather than being replaced). You could hear everything from the neighbors around and above you.

Review 39：The bed was very uncomfortable and the room was not very clean. There were dead bugs on the floor in the corners. The free breakfast was lacking to say the least and there is no coffee pots in the rooms. The King room was very, very small.

Review 41：Must stay in the back building on first floor if possible due to loud traffic with fumes. Locks on doors not secure and cannot use deadbolt from outside. Door is closed when in fact it can be pushed open is not really locked. Must be slammed.

Review 43：There was no staff. Twice I went to the front desk and no one was there. After calling out several times I finally hit the bell and he came out.(this was in the morning) He seemed like he was sleeping. No coffee out on time and neither was the continental breakfast. Continental breakfast was a couple of blueberry muffins cut in half, a pot of coffee, no milk or cream just powdered creamer. It was also at least 1/2 hr. late getting put out and it was worthless when it was.

For the price, this was hard to beat!

Just a short walk across the parking lot to the conference center. if staying in the Lancaster area I would have no problem staying at the Classic Inn.

Review 66：Nothing really only that the parking may be tight if you have an oversized vehicle. It may be a bit noisy for some close to the main highway with lots of traffic. Not a big deal for us.

Review 71：The only thing I would say negative about it is the bedding. The mattresses weren't that comfortable. If they upgraded to higher quality mattresses it would be awesome. Rooms were small but it was just me and my wife. Overall it was a nice experience. I would stay there again without qustion!!!

The staff were very helpful with all our questions about all the good spots to eat at and great sightseeing things to see....it wasn't the Ritz (it wasn't fancy,) by any means but we didn't have that FANCY PRICE EITHER!!! All we did was sleep there so it served the purpose greatly!!!

Review 73：Room was advertised as a queen suite, which is was NOT. It was merely a large studio room with 2 queen sized beds, a living area and kitchen area. The advertised guest bathroom also didnot exist-it was simply the bathroom sink that was too big to fit in with the shower and toilet in the regular bathroom. No elevator either, although the staff at check in offered to bring up luggage when finished with another customer. We purposely booked our stay here as we thought it was a suite with separate bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Was very disappointed; wouldn't stay again.

Large enough for crib and extra bed. My queen bed very comfortable and clean. Large round table with four chairs too. New a/c unit pretty quiet. Bathroom simple but immaculate. My small dog stayed in her crate. Managers very accomodating. Small fridge nice for leftovers and drinks. Property backs to green with outdoor chairs..verye..
