Review 1：Loud aircondition-facility in my room.
Review 2：Great reception from "Mathias"-no-problem-fast-check-in. The booking had gone wrong (only a single room), so the hotel just gave my daughter her own single room. Also great gym in the price, and very good breakfast.
Review 3：Horrible beds, no hygiene products in bathroom, and very dirty (lots of old hair In the bed...!). Very very basic and not much value for money at all.

Review 29：The Hotel was nice and quiet and quite centrally placed. It had an excellent view of the Casino, the Bridge and the Ski Slope.

Review 33：Rooms were pretty old and needed maintainance. The ventilation was not the best for summer, felt a bit too hot at night. The bathroom amneties were not the best supplied.

Review 35：The decoration is old, and not in the charming way but just unfresh. Perhaps it was nice 30 years ago. A fan in the bathroom woke me up a couple of times during the night. The keycard was broken from long use. This was not worth its price.

Review 37：THe room size, the style, the hotel condition, the lack of services, no food, no room services, no kitchen after 10:30 even though I arrived after that there was no food available, the room was cold and there no heating. Staff did not have any heaters to provide and told me to wait until morning.
Review 38：I did not like anything about this hotel. I do not believe it was a 4 star. Services and facilities were poor.
Review 39：No minibar + not allowed to buy a beer in the bar, and take it to the room at 4 pm (in the afternoon..) = this is really not good enough!! Change this or I will never recommend Strand. The personal in the bar...me and a friend wanted a beer. It took 6 min.... and we were alone.... Prob. the slowest barkeeper in the world. So we find another place in the city, with professional staff.

Review 41：Old looking bathroom, extremely poor shower. Mold in the shower stall. No hangers except for skirts. Extremely poor breakfast. Tasteless, cheapest kind of ingredients used. Settled finally for a cup of coffee and some fruit.

Review 43：The first room smelled realy bad. Next room poorly cleaned, toenails on the floor for example. Very warm at the nights, lots of noise from 4 lane road. The elevator stopped, with us inside. No bread at breakfast sunday. Problems with the computer network at the checkout.

Review 45：The restaurant was dirty and because of this did not enjoy the breakfast. The room was hot with no air conditioning. The breakfast food was average. It was horrible being in the wing where you had to walk under a tunnel to get to it.
Review 46：They had poor lighting in many places (like elevator, children'splayroom, sauna/spa) due to burnt-out lightbulbs. No one bothers tochange then?The location of the rooms was awkward. We had to use underground passage to reach our room which were ~20m from the reception -- just on opposite building. You could not get to the rooms from ground level, so we had to carry everything to 1st building, take elevator, walk the passage, take another elevator... ridiculous! I triple checked with the staff, and all I got was their understanding smile. During the morning rush-hour in the breakfast buffet, there was not enough of staff, perhaps, since everything was constantly running out and people had to wait for refills.
