Review 12：Poor educated staff. Many facilities non functioning properly. Car park facilities can be practical. Exit road guiding the resort was a mass!! Landscaping facilities can be up to day.

Review 14：Complete disappointed our two friends and ourselves live in Alanya so are very fortunate to be able to stay many times in Turkey .Having spent Xmas in the Libberty Lara Antalya with excellent service the Gold island needs to step back or even to take a look at how the hotel should be run to ensure people retuning and not writing this kind of report.Food 2-3 star at most not 5 star or anything like . The areas for sitting was freezing . The hotel did give up the opportunity to use the Italian restaurant but for all the bling the food was only one step up .This is the first time I have ever written this kind of.report and I want to point out its just our opinion .I have used booking. Review 15：Island Rooms are very humid. We stayed there for the first night but had to move the next morning as the humidity was too much. There was smell of stagnant water as well which was coming from the sea.

Review 17：Thank's Sentido for the best time in my life! It was our honeymoon, and Sentido Gold Island made it so fantastic! Pluses for me were: All Inclusive (many kinds of food, all food is a fresh cooked); Big hotel territory; Amazing design of hotel; Very good animation(pool animation, sport games,evening show); Own clean beach(usually a few people on it); Free Wi-Fi; Free bus to Alanya; Good staff; and many other things.
