Review 1：The rooms where horrible and dirty we tried 4 different rooms and still didn't get a good room ..they had also checked us out before we checked In on a different day

Review 3：The sheets had some stains. The kitchen tile was slick with some kind of oil. There were far too many different light switches to turn on for enough light.

Review 8：Our son was in the hospital while we stayed here...it was nice and the staff were very nice and polite during our stay! All around good and relaxing time....well for having a child in the hospital!
Review 9：They canceled my reservation even after the day time front desk clerk notated I would arrive at 9p or later. The nite rep had her children and other family at the desk. Plus she took 15 minutes to acknowledge I was there. I arrived at 1220am. She stated " I figured u weren't coming".

Review 12：This property has smoking buildings, this is a detail that should be fully disclosed prior to booking a reservation. We are not smokers, we were given a smoking room, which had a putrid odor. On the upside, although they were fully booked, the person at the front desk was able to accommodate us in a non-smoking room.

Review 15：The staff was really friendly and accommodating. We found some spiders and centipedea in the room and when we told them about it they rectified the problem. I appreciated whAt they did. They did not even hesitate when we told them. I give them an A+ for that.
Review 16：The room could have been a little cleaner than it was, I had to wipe down all the kitchen and bathroom counters. Wished that there was WiFi throughout the whole property. I could not get the wired internet to work with my laptop. My other computer can only use WiFi.

Review 18：The room I reserved was not available. The room I was given, which was an upgrade was okay. Found bees in room. There was 1 blanket in room for three beds, it was a smoking room with no ashtrays. I called for ashtrays ans was brought mugs because they couldn't find any ashtrays. Went to front desk and was given one ashtray and a blanket and was told that was all they had. There was a bees nest between the steps going up to the room. Had to put something in front of door inside to make sure no bugs came into room. I ordered a smoking room when I made reservation and went to check in at 3:00pm and there was no room cleaned yet to put us in. Then at 5:30pm when we were able to get a room we went to room and found out it was a non smoking room had to go back to the office and told them and we had to wait yet again for a room. Then we were given a correct room. I and my sister would not recommend your hotel to anyone.

After we checked in and got to our room we actually packed the car back up and found somewhere else to stay. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Review 37：The Maid service was poor at best. Change of towels was the extent of the maid service. Nothing further was even attempted. in a one week stay, Bed linens were never changed. And neither vacuum or sweeping of floors was ever attempted

No noticeable security especially when we saw the same strange man riding a pedal bike and walking up and down the property at all hours. Reported the incidences but saw no change in his behavior. Only served continental breakfast.

Review 41：The shower head was broken so I couldn't adjust it. And we complained every night about the loud noise. We were up most of the night from the stomping and loud talking. It was horrible. At one point I thought I was going to have to call the police because of the noise. We also found a joint sitting in one of the bowls in the cabinet. So that means the clean up crew must be slipping a little bit.

They did give us a 'discount' but it hardly paid for the lack of sleep and fear of bringing home unwanted guests in our bags.

This hotel looked like a 1 bed room apartment excellent if with kids or need a extended stay. Review 54：Large comfortable space at an extremely fair price. Had booked a non-smoking room and when we entered room it reeked of smoke. Walked back to office and explained this and the staff member on duty apologized many times and quickly set us up in another room which was great.
Review 55：Our suite was what we needed for our stay, however, a huge group offootball fans rented the apartment on top of ours and they had noconsideration for anyone around them. My 80+ yr. Old parents and a greatneice who is 3 stayed in our suite and the entire night we werecontinually awakened by the raucous noise of the people on top of us. Wedid bring it to the night time manager and she tried to get these peopleto quite down but to no avail. Police were called in for another loudand obnoxious group just across the walk way from us. My husband had tospeak with the day manager the next day and was assured that if we hadanymore trouble from the apartment they would make them leave. I alsoknow that the Inn is under renovation but the place was still not veryclean. Our room smelled of smoke even though it said it was smoke free.Linens were extremely in short demand. The breakfast lady was not happyto be at work on the weekend and that made for an uncomfortable time atbreakfast. On Saturday they ran out of food items before the breakfasttime was half over.
Review 56：I felt the staff for the most part did a good job meeting our needs. TheInn was very convenient to the places we were in COlumbia for. The frontdesk did their best to help us with any problems we had.
Review 57：I didn't like the fact that our room was " non- smoking" and there were cigarette burns all through our comforter on our bed. I also didn't like that for the first day the toilet didn't flush. Problems with the interior itself; carpet ripped, wallpaper falling off, shower heads extremely lose, shower walls falling apart, burnt out lightbulbs. We stayed for three nights , Tuesday - Friday and the house keeping didn't come till Friday... Same sheets and same towels for THREE NIGHTS... Who does this ? I will not be coming back to this place.. Ever!
