Review 1：Smoking room with no ashtray so the previous people used the drawers and they hadn't been cleaned! Bathroom hadn't been cleaned at ALL. The next day after closing the bathroom door I found a tampon wrapper and toilet roll along with the previous persons tshirt and gross panties hanging on the door hook! Totally disgusting!!!

Review 8：The Floor (carpet) while it has been vacuumed needs a good shampooing.The elevator floor was filthy and their were stains on the walls(I amafraid to guess what from)! There were only two towels in the bathroomand they were like sandpaper and fraying at the ends. They were notabsorbent ; it was obvious they were too old and should be thrown out.The soap is some no name brand that has heavy lie or some other harshchemical in it. While it does clean it dries out your skin! I wasn'tthere to eat breakfast as we were leaving out early but I got a look atit and it was a very solemn breakfast. The lady (one of the owners) wasforeign (from India I expect) was as rude as she could be! She would notlook me in the eye and it was obvious she had for all who came in topatronize her establishment! I was shocked that Jamison Inn would allowsuch a property to have their name! The money was abut twice what thevalue of the Hotel was! I wold not recommend this Hotel to a friend!

Review 12：I reserved a room online, when I got there to get the room the frontdesk rep told me someone put me n a room that the tv and blow dryerdidnt work, she offered to give me the suite. Great! But then she saidwell itll just be 15$ dollars more....i said excuse me? Why would I haveto pay for a mess up on your end. I reserved a room online for a setreduced price, that defeats the purpose of going online. I want the roomfor that price. After goung back and forth. She agreed. Wonderful! As meand my husband are in the room we notice that there must have been aleak on the top floor because of the apparent water damage. We let it gobecause its only for one night, one night away from the kids. Well inthe middle of the night part of the roof fell. Smh. Needless to say wewill not be going back. That place really needs to be retouched. Greatlocation spot, since its in an area of the mall, restaurants, ect, semigood customer service, first glance looks neat, but rust in thebathrooms, tiles comng up, its not a 4 or 5 star hotel. Thats for sure.More like a 3 1/2.

Review 16：When the bathroom light went out I went down to let someone know n the gentleman behind the counter gave me the light bulb n said he doesn't have maintenance on the property n I would have to change it myself. I told him no. He then said I could change rooms. So we get into the next room n this one was worse. The shower curtain was old n had mildew on it,the corner of the tub had the same,someone before us took the blow dryer,n there were no blankets on the bed.overall bad stay n my almost 3 yr old couldn't wait to leave. Oh I almost forgot there were ppl smoking weed on my floor n they didn't seem to mind at all.

Review 20：There were Skittles and food crumbs behind the bed skirt, some sort of black fuzz on the inside of my shower curtain that startled me because I thought it was a bug and the shower curtain was partially ripped away from the rings which secure it to the rod. Being startled while standing on a wet surface is a huge liability. I should've been given a full refund. This place just made me feel like I had hit rock bottom in life.

Review 22：The facility is directly off the interstate...i should have taken that into consideration and paid the extra $20 a night for the hotel 400 that i am familiar with which is further off the interstate.....so in actuality any discomfort that i experienced was my own laziness. I will say that the staff was very pleasant and helpful.

Review 30：The room is so careless that the curtain was on the floor, we had us put on the window to sleep.The first day we arrived at 1 am and checking charged me only 1 night 4 reserved, the 3rd day I got all my stuff out of the room in bags according because I had not paid When I showed I had paid what they had charged me and I had a reservation made by booking.com they apologized for au confusion

Thin walls or doors as u can heat when people outside are talking or when a flush is made from another room. You can only enter westbound off of pleasant hill blvd :(

We were so tired after getting in from a graduation at 10 that we just went straight to bed, woke up and took showers and noticed the bathroom was very very unsanitary! Review 87：While at this hotel, as soon as I checked in, a water pipe burst around 9:00pm. The water was out all night and finally around 5:00 am, I left the hotel to go find a YMCA, so that I could take a shower and prepare for my meetings. I have attempted to call the site several times to work something out with the manager but the manager is never there and has not returned any of my requested calls back.
Review 88：No breakfast served when the website stated that continental breakfastwould be served. No coffee supplies, no Kleenex. Only one employee atdesk and no cleaning staff to provide those things in the A.M. No extrablanket and the one provided was inadequate. I had to take the blanketoff the other bed to stay warm! Do not plan to ever stay there again. Iexpect more from Jameson Inn.
