Review 1：This was our first time at this property and the first time using this hotel brand chain, the staff was incredible, big thumbs up!

Review 3：Bathroom door stuck. Carpet tack strip poked feet. Refrigerator extremely noisy. Very minimal breakfast. I was disappointed with booking.com. It was not made clear that there would be an extra charge for a 3rd person even though I did enter the third person. Later I did find the statement in the fine print but you should add the extra $10.00 into the total cost when I entered that we had 3 adults & booked the room. Deceptive & this left the staff to deal with my surprised disappointment. My first & possibly last use of booking.com.

Review 5：Exactly what we needed. A clean comfortable, quiet room, with a nice bed, at a bargain price. Nothing fancy, just a good nights sleep in a recently renovated room. The staf treated us very well, too.
Review 6：Room was very small, not a king suite reserved! There was constant noise from other guest, and walls and ceiling were paper thin, could hear every foot step. Bed was hard as a rock, and room smelled like mold!

Gave us a second room that had been painted. Marginally better but cockroach running across floor. Got money back and left.

Review 16：I had trouble finding the place when I got off the freeway...had to go to another motel for directions. When he told me it was next to Days Inn I told him I had been there & didn't see an Amer. Best Value sign. When I went back I saw why...it was only 1/3 lit and very small letters.

Review 20：We had to be moved since the first room had dirty towels and the molding around the door was missing which left a gap in the door. In the room they gave us after there was no phone, alarm clock or batteries for the T.V. remote control. Advertised hot breakfast but there wasn't anything ready when it was supposed to begin. We then had to pay for a breakfast elsewhere. No ice bucket. This was just a stop in the middle of a long drive. Always look for something cheap but we have stayed in much better places for that price in the past.
