Review 1：Shower water temperature was impossible to adjust it was either HOT or COLD. This hotel could use some sound proofing features like carpeting or stuffed furniture in the hallways to muffle the noise.

Review 4：Room we stayed and the bathroom are so dark and no hook for hanging cloths , molds on the edge on shower wall. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast is very good.

Review 9：The fridge in the room, empty. The hotel needs TLC (TENDER LOVING CARE) needs maintenance as it is looking a bit drab sine when it was built. No restaurant service for lunch or dinner. The breakfast is terrible.

Review 11：This is a good priced hotel with clean modern room and good size comfortable bed . excellent bathroom .close to the city centre . Breakfast was great with good choice of food options ,coffee was the best I've had in a Thailand hotel . I highly recommend this hotel for a short stopover or even longer . Staff spoke good English, I will stay here again when back in Ubon Ratchathani

Review 30：This is my third stay in this hotel at Ubon. Very confortable to stay in the quality bed and bath room with reasonable price. Breakfast become better taste than that before.
Review 31：Car park was often full and we had to park in the street. No sign for the door for "Do not disturb" or "Clean Room". Do not use laundry facilities as every item is 40 Baht. Found one in a nearby street that did a large load for 200 Baht. No bar facilities.
Review 32：Hotel is close to the university so there are plenty of restaurants and many good pavement food places. We tried both and found that the pavement food was usually better than the restaurants. Breakfast in the hotel was buffet style and adequate. TV was good with many channels and some English speaking.
