Review 1：There was absolutely no need to call me four times prior to the time I was told I could check out. Extremely rude and unnecessary.

Review 4：It was the bee's knees, the cat's meow, it was hoppin' and boppin' and kept the place sizzlin' and shakin' like grandma's bacon.

Review 5：Carpet was dirty and not vacuumed during stay. My daughter and I got sick from food we ate at manager's reception and the management did nothing for us.

Review 9：I would suggest a longer breakfast schedule on weekends perhaps even till 10:30? The staff will literally throw you out at 10:10 if you are not done..we arrived before 10 to eat, ordered speciality things but were rushed out a little after 10...it was 8 of us there, had all our food before 10 (by 950 exactly) but were rushed out at 10. I guess something should be said about serving and getting out by 10 so that guests are clear that they want to totally close at 10 not just have you served by then? Food was great however.

Review 11：They did not have my reservation when I arrived. They said that they have had difficulty with booking.com sending the information to them. They did honor the reservation and the price. I also checked on a future reservation I had made through booking.com and it was not recorded either.

Review 14：My business was orientation at USC so the location was perfect. I loved the intimate setting for cocktails and the sampling of food. The room was very lovely and the bed surpurb. I woke up to a generous breakfast and refreshed.

Review 15：Price has crept up since last stay 6 months ago. SC should tax its own citizens more and show true southern hospitality by taxing visitors less.

Review 18：The place had a nice ambiance, and the setting by the campus is hard to beat. Vista, the restaurant area is in walking distance, and there is a van service which will take you there and other locations and pick you up. No Charge.

Review 19：I wish I knew that the hotel does not offer dinner (or room service). I understand that with a variety of restaurants within close proximity its not critical, however, sometimes you just want to order in. They offer breakfast, just not dinner.

Review 24：The lighting in the rooms was poor. Lamps didn't have a high setting. The heat/ac didn't work properly. The chargeport on the bedside table didn't work. The TV in the bedroom wouldn't stay on! I asked the cleaning staff to not clean our room and they did anyway.

Review 26：Unfortunately, we were on the 3rd floor a few rooms down from an open area where a wedding was held. We were exhausted after 3 days of travel and also had a 7 am flight the next morning. I wish we were told about the wedding as we were checking in. It was loud and disruptive to our sleep.

And the staff was always positive, showed concerned, and did an excellent job serving guests. The front desk staff was very helpful with suggestions and directions even suggesting routes for my morning run!

Review 95：We have stayed at the Inn at USC several times as our son is a student at USC. It is convenient, clean and hospitable. The staff is friendly and helpful.

I had my confirmation # with Booking .com,; they found us a room as we were there for a wedding and were supposedly getting the wedding party rate. We stayed in one room one night, moved to another the next night and paid $50.00 MORE than the booking price. Next time, I WILL NOT USE BOOKING.COM. I will simply dial the hotel. How about refunding me for that additional cost??
