Review 1：Back street that could be lonely when coming to the hotel at night.

Review 2：Near the center, fair breakfast and free wi-fi. The front desk clerk spoke some English.

Review 3：The hotel is clean , tidy and very clause to public transportation and shopping facilities. The staff working on the hotel were more than expected, nice ,helpfull and glad to give help. I really thank them from my heart specially the manager Me.Ahemd.

Review 11：I with my coleague were on a business trip to Samsun ans stayed in Gloria Tibi Hotel for three nights. Everything was perfect. The rooms were clean and large enough. The staff was very kind and polite. The location is perfect.

Review 26：Very obliging hotel manager who assisted with everything I required (directions/airport etc.) Much care had been taken in the rooms regarding furnishings (nice decorative bedding, lampshades, tablecloths etc.) A wide range of toiletries were provided in the bathroom (dental kit, loofah, cotton buds, shoe polish etc.) Breakfast was still laid out at 10am (end of serving time.) Head waiter very attentive. Overall very good service from all staff at this hotel.

I was told that unfortunately booked.com receives acommission and therefore had to pay for 7 days, only stayed for 5,wasn't even offered a dinner voucher or something. Breakfast optionswas very disappointing, way below standard for the price you pay, wasexpecting much better...simple fact that the place was clean andfriendly staff kept me from formally complaining

Review 37：Very good and fairly quiet location in what passes for the old town in Samsun. Close to tramway, transport to the bus station and many cafés and restaurants. Comfortable room with old fashioned furnishings and top-modern hydrotherapy shower. Obliging staff who booked ny bus ticket out and had it ready on my arrival. Breakfast good, many varieties of cheese, olives and jams.

Review 38：In the morning the cleaning ladies did not care of making noise while cleaning the other rooms.

I was scheduled to take an overnight bus after mystay, and they kindly gave me not only a late check-out time, but a rideto the bus station.Additionally, I had a room with a fancy spa shower setup (massage jets, steam, etc.) which was pretty great and was fun to use. The room itself had a unique layout which added to the charm, and the furnishings were ornate yet comfortable, and not at all gaudy. Finally breakfast was excellent and more varied than most Turkish breakfasts, and tea and coffee were available and offered by staff at all hours when I would hang out in the lobby.
