Review 1：Room was a bit drafty.

Review 2：Loved it there. Planning on returning. Staff was fantastic. I ate lunch in the restaurant during lunch time. The manager was great just like the rest of staff. Joyce and the front desk was awesome. I felt at home.

Review 3：The only thing that I can complain about (which isn't such a huge thing) is that there were no available microwaves to bring to my room once I checked in. I didn't get one until 6 pm the next day. It would help if the hotel invested in more microwaves as there were other guests that needed one as well and they had to wait another day too.

Review 4：The hotel was very clean and the bed was super comfortable, adorned with a feather down comforter to boot! Most of the staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was really good at the Grapevine downstairs. We also had dinner one evening at the Art Bar downstairs and was pleased with our experience there as well. I liked that the indoor hot tub and pool was open until 11 pm.

Review 5：Didnt like how we were not shown how to use the key cards for the room and elevator correctly and that fact that my restroom door handle was not working when we got there.

Review 7：Room smelled like dust and mold and was in need of a renovation. The smell was pretty strong. The room had peeling wallpaper, stains on the walls and just looked worn. The pool area was just as bad.

Review 18：Toilet seats are very low, kind of hard to get up from when you are--ahem--of a mature age. Day before checkout our room was not cleaned, we did not tell front desk since we had plenty of towels and bedding was not soiled.. we would have reported it if we were staying longer.

Review 21：I'm a diabetic and have to keep my meds cool. The ice machine is always out on the 9th and 10th floors which cause me to reach for a working machine.

Review 23：Our door would not latch. Had to get it repaired several times. The air conditioner mad a loud moaning sound when on or off. The room was not a pleasant place to stay after a basketball game or to rest.

Review 25：It was a good walk from the parking lot to the entrance I would guess due to the large event you had. The only real problem was the shower curtain and wall had mildew on it. I reported this to the front desk at check out.

Review 27：Rooms are small.AC did not work. We put it on 65 the lowest setting and it never got cooler than 78. Hot hot hot. Phone in our room didn't work either. No WiFi password near anything so didn't use that either.

Review 29：This is my go to hotel when I come to visit family. It is close to everything! This hotel is quiet and I feel safe traveling alone with my 6 year old.

Review 30：Three of us showered in the evening and enjoyed a hot, steamy experience. I showered very early the next morning and the best it would do was warm. Neither good nor bad (but actually very good for security) - Room keys are required to access the elevator and I was amused when my room key didn't work, since I had reserved the room in my husband's name, the desk clerk called my husband for his permission to give me another one.

Review 31：The beds were heavenly! The staff was extremely courteous, check-in was an absolute breeze. Least hassle I have ever had booking, checking in, checking out. When we asked if it was possible to get a rollaway bed for an older child, they happily complied - it was in our room by the time we got upstairs and it was even free.

Review 36：The WiFi SUCKED. The hall walls, leading up to the room were dirty. I used kayak booking site. I called Sonesta before I booked my room to confirm the size bed I wanted. The staff over the phone was rude. Also even if you book a room through a 3rd party site, they will not hold that room for you. I think that's extremely DUMB that's the purpose if BOOKING

Ric Flair the wrestler strolled pass me. I was a fan as a kid. The restaurant was clean and beautiful. The staff at the front desk was friendly.

Review 39：The staff are just the best! So friendly, helpful, and engaging. The Beds are heavenly. Everything is so clean and attractive. When we stay here, our family that lives nearby loves to come and hangout. The lobby is inviting and comfortable. The restaurants are convenient and delicious. Our FAVE is the breakfast buffet!!! AWESOME! You have to have a key to access the guest floors on the elevator. That is a very comforting safety feature.

Review 41：I would recommend this hotel for all functions. The size alone is great. The windows heights made me feel like I was in a hotel in the heart of Atlanta. It was also very clean. I had no problem resting my six month old son in the bed. The staff were helpful and friendly throughout the day.

I wanted to borrow the cork screw, not keep it. The front desk crew was NOT friendly at all. Tiffany (my contact person) was wonderful, but I can't say that about the others.

Review 117：I'm from the area and was moving. That very day out moving truck was packed. I was exhausted and sore beyond belief. I looked a hot mess when I checked in and the staff did not bat an eye. It was the most comfortable bed in history and the pillows as so amazing I'm going to buy some. The hot water pressure was so amazing on my sore muscles. Best night sleep in a long time.
