Review 1：No vacuum and broom so I could clean up
Review 2：Wish the 2rooms had 2 bathrooms .....wish the top floor was smoking rooms only and keep the 25deposit you guys could put freshers in room but it's so cold I would rather pay the 25 to smoke in room...need membership I would come more.the staff super nice helpful

Review 7：This facility should invest in thicker blankets. Provide more than two plates, spoons, forks,butter knifes and cups. I only saw a housekeeper once. Mind you I was there two in a half weeks. The cleanings of the rooms could be better.
Review 8：Great location. Front desk staff Novetta was very helpful and friendly. The room is comfrontable. I think the AC needs to be cleaned due to the mildew smell when it first comes on. Kitchen was a decent size. The floor I was on was very quiet.

Review 10：This location is in a great spot. I actually came down for Christmas and New Years from NY to visit family. My stay was for two weeks. I've only seen housekeeping twice and that's because I contacted them. The front desk staff was great.

Review 27：As soon as u walk in building is smells like must & mildew & cigarettes!!!!!! Got to room & it was same smell but more intense. Nauseating! Then I go to get in the bed the sheets were discusting!!!!! I cannot even believe that it looked like several seaman stains on fitted sheets. If it was not so late I would have walked out then & there! So I go to call for clean sheets room phone would not work so I had to walk down hall to use house phone to call front desk. So at midnight I'm making my own bed. Room was not clean and hair in bath room & on towels. Carpets were gross & looked like they had not been replaced in 30 years. People kept propping door to outside open to go smoke. Real safe!!!! Not sure why they smoke outside the whole inside of place reeked of wet, damp cigarette smoke. Needless to say I didn't sleep well because I was so GROSSED out!!!!!!! Really I would not even rate the place a 1!

Review 29：Kitchen was not stocked we had 2 glasses 1cup 1knife, no other silverware. No plates a bottle opener an a slotted spoon, there was some pots and pans. I'm glad that I was not staying longer and planning to cook a meal and eat in the room in the room. Breakfast was terrible very unprofessional setup.

Review 31：It was hard to find even with a gps. The refrigerator -- freezer part was busted up on bottom. They gave 2 really small soap; nothing else. No remote for living tv and no telephone. I wasn't sure if our bed had clean sheets or bedspread. The other couple with us got cold and no extra blankets and what was on the bed was real light weight. The keys worked maybe one time and we kept having to get new keys. We were there for 2 days. Couldn't find no ice machine. Looked like someone took the hair dryer out of the bathroom. Had irons but no ironing board. Hallway needed to be vacuum. When some went for the breakfast it wasn't so great. '
Review 32：We really liked having 2 bedrooms and the beds were very comfortable. Nice spacious area. It was like an apartment--really nice except for my comments. The guy that worked there said they went under new management a few months and things were improving. They were really nice and friendly with us. I believe it is located in shopping capital of the world.

Second night of out stay a loud argument broke out in the parking lot at 3:30 am - multiple people involved and it went on for at least 15-20 minutes. Not sure why staff didn't either call the police or break it up.

We felt unsafe and the place was dirty. We were on a tight schedule and did not have the time to look for another place. We even noticed based on the lock internally that someone had tried to enter our room while we were sleeping! Not a good experience at all. Would really like our money back!!

Review 68：The range had the wrong type of burners for the brand. Generic burner elements had been installed, when the brand name should have been used for safety reasons, i.e., the burner elements did not fit properly, which could be a fire hazard. A pot or pan would not sit flat on the burner. More than one full-sized towel would have been nice, even though I was alone. Highway noise was distracting, but not too bad.
Review 69：Room was fine. For the traveler or long-term business project, apartment sized stove was good.
Review 70：Even though there was a kitchen unit, there was only one knife and not many plates. This does not make sense to me if you book one with a kitchen. Although the place was generelly clean, this was not true for all the corners. Plus, many pieces of the equipment (e.g. lampshade, office chair) had holes.

Review 72：There was some old bread under the sofa bed. Don't expect to really cook... There is not a lot of stuff for that. Yes, there is some stain on the carpet, but when you pay $65, I think it comes with. We had our own breakfast so I don't really know if it's good or not.
Review 73：Even if the boys staff weren't smiling ( the girls yes), they were helpful. The fridge was in the middle of the place when we got to the room and he came to put it in is place. I asked for sheets and cover for the sofa bed for our kids and he gave me some. The little pool was ok. If you are there for one night, it's perfect. Your get what you pay for ($65)....

Review 79：There was trash in my room and my room had an overwhelming smell of bleach. There were not enough cups to drink out of, no dish soap if you wanted to wash dishes. Basically, there didn't need to be a kitchen if they're no kitchen cleaning supplies available. I can tell the room was old despite all the bleach. It had a dank feeling and the bed rail was exposed. My partner nearly stabbed himself on it..
Review 80：The bed was comfortable and the floor plan was pretty nice for the price. I liked that we had a fridge. Channel selection was good and free WiFi was nice.
Review 81：I did not like the lack of choices for breakfast. I feel that more towels should be provided in the rooms before checking. Due to the lack of towels I went up to the desk and had to wait 30 minutes for someone to help me because they were late coming back from break.

Review 83：I was falsely accused of smoking in my room because I left my window up no ashes no burns no nothing anyone that knows smoke knows that it sticks in your clothes and being confined in that small space the smell can be absorbed but with that being said you live and learn and considering the fact that I did request a smoking room I should have been informed of the no smoking stipulation before hand.....

Review 88：The morning staff was sort of rude. We were aware of the free breakfast, and when we went down to eat all they had was one box of cereal. The next day was just as bad. We thought maybe it was because of waking up late the previous morning, but there was nothing there! (Other than waffles with no plates) Since we had a kitchen I just cooked, but the stove top stopped working within five minutes. Also, people lurked around the hotel that were with the employees.

Kitchen supplies adequately stocked. Furniture cleaned. Not bad for the price, but has way more potential than what they are presenting. No adequate supply of towels. The location they are in does not fit the overall quality of this place. It should be looking much better all around being that they are in a prime location. Who ever is managing this location needs their behind cut.

Review 92：They needed more help registering guests. There was a long line of people waiting and the process of registering was slow. Cards for entering the doors didn't work properly. Many guests returned for ones that worked including us.

The snack shop area, pictured in the lobby, was completely empty and no longer in use. Continental breakfast was better than nothing. I'm pretty sure people live at this property.

Both security doors to our building were broke an did not lock - this was very concerning. Breakfast or lack of was horrible. The second day of our stay they did not even have any coffee cups.

Review 106：well were do I begin they charged my card six times and it took me three days to get most of the charges taken off and I still have two on my card that have never been taken off..they told Me they were going to refund me every penny for the trouble but that was not the case..I have called three times and all three times I have gotten no call back...I would not recommend this place to anyone..so beware and if you have trouble they will not give out the corporate number to anyone the had problems..so beware staying here and I would avoid staying here if you can

Review 108：Check-in took entirely too long, only one front desk clerk at peak time. Grounds weren't maintained well, lots of trash and litter, bins overflowing. Pool very dirty. Carpet in stairwells smelly and stained. Breakfast only stocked once and most people stuffed their pockets with individually-wrapped items and left, leaving little for everyone else. Shower liner covered in mildew.

Review 116：When I arrived a gentleman was very upset because the attendant was not calling management. He was upset because of blood on his mattress and fecal matter in his toilet. In my room there was a dirty towel and used soap left in the bathroom. The sofa and chair had stains from who knows what on them and it was very evident they were worn. Housekeeping did not come into my room once and I had to go to the office to ask for towels. The pool had leaves in it that I cleaned out. After numerous complaints the WiFi NEVER did work.
Review 117：Upon arrival Desk Clerk told us there were no rooms available twice even though I had a copy of the confirmation. This was in hope that we would just accept this a find somewhere else. I did not accept this answer and pushed further. I was then told that there are rooms, but the cleaner has not cleaned the room. We are talking about 10:30 in the evening. The clerk then told me that a cleaner was on the way and we should have the room within 20 minutes to an hour. In the mean time someone else came in with a confirmed reservation. He was told there were no rooms available and the clerk just let him walk away. The outside trash was overflowing and there were full trash bags left in the hallway which during out stay both were never cleared away. When attempting to eat breakfast the staff were using the dining area to take a break and the place stenched of tobacco smoke. I went to sit to eat and the staff did not get up to allow me to sit. I just got fed up and bought my breakfast somewhere else. Very poor attitude of staff. No manager of any type was available during our stay.

Other customers was in the office complaining. They have bugs. Trash surrounded the outside. Leaking ceilings. I want a refund. Review 125：Once i check in and enter the room, there i had empty box of Kleenex in bath with one small roll of tissue with no additional under corner. The dishwasher was running. There was a funny smell in hallway and room. Next morning i call for service, that's when i was told i cant get any service because i wasnt staying 7 night, i ask that front desk lady ( Laurie) ,who was rude and didnt have any care in the world, i then ask her for corporate number,she gave it with attitude. Went out to lunch came back ask for couple sets of towels,got two big towels no wash towel and was told someone would bring them to room...waited several hours...then came small towels. When i made reservation,i was ask if there's was any special requests or events. I mentioned i was celebrating my birthday. Why ask and during check in or during entire stay never once it was mentioned. Finally, i was watching tv after hours it went off.

During the night other guests were fighting in the parking lot very loudly and it was allowed to continue for at least a half hour. The breakfast was also lacking. Very few options. Review 134：We have a terrible problem with the key cards. We went through about 25 of them they would not stay working at all. Most of the guests had the same problem. We saw the cleaning person once. Asked her for a plunger told me she would bring it right back that never happened. We have to call the desk twice. Room 202 had no toilet paper the bathroom tub constantly leaked. Rooms 202 and 213 we're not very clean. The air vent in room 213 in the bedroom fell out the first night we were there not a very good experience. We would not return to that facility
