Review 1：There was nothing we disliked

Review 2：It was a big, cozy,and clean room from what we have stayed in i would get a room any time there at your hotels. We have an excellent experience there.

Review 3：This is the fourth time I have stayed at the hotel this year and I have consistently found the staff less than helpful. The rooms are small, no bathtub, only a shower. I wrote a less than complimentary review once before and the manager assured me that things would improve so I gave it one more try.I've subsequently stayed in another hotel in the BWI area that had a friendly staff and much larger rooms at a better price. Will not stay at the preserve again.

Review 9：The only issue had to do with the pool. The indoor pool had so manyrules; it was really ridiculous. It's a pool and kids should be ableto let off a little steam, within reason, of course. The outdoor poolwas nice, but ended up being closed the second day when we had plannedto spend the afternoon letting the kids swim and the indoor poolwasn't open at that time. It was only after I asked that they triedto pull the lifeguard from one pool to the other, but couldn'tbecause people were still sunbathing. The situation wasn't ideal andthe staff wasn't very concerned that an amenity promised wasn'tavailable for use. Also, the procedure to use the outdoor pool wasannoying - you need a voucher from the hotel, then you have to go to thefront desk of the building next door for a slip which you then give tothe lifeguard. It's dumb and time consuming.

Review 10：The staff was absolutely wonderful from the moment we checked in and ourchildren were treated as if they were real people and not aninconvenience, which is rare. The restaurants were both great and thebagel place across the way was also excellent.

Review 11：The fire alarm went off during our stay. I'm glad that it wasn't a real fire, and obviously this has nothing to do with the hotel itself. But I suppose I didn't appreciate that at 4 am :)

Review 15：Shuttle runs within a five mile radius of the hotel and it was great during the day but on Saturday night it took 1.5 hours and three phone calls to get picked up with no compensation or apology. Meal vouchers would be a good addition for the price of the hotel.

So, Friday I was able to come and thought perhaps I could have received a food gift card even though it was past my birthday.

The shades in the room are blackout and we couldn't even tell when it was day time! So awesome! The staff was very friendly and polite. It was luxurious and restful, I didn't want to leave!!!

Review 29：This was a wonderful spot to stay. I only had the opportuntiy to stay one night, but will definitely return. Facility was modern, very clean, easy to get to from the airport and with a very nice staff. Wifi was great, and the restaurant and lobby area was very nice.

Review 30：Housekeeping knocked on the door to ask when I would be checking out as it was past 11am--the hotel's advertised checkout time. A phone call would have been preferred as the direct contact made me feel like an unwanted guest. Most hotels allow you to check out by 12pm without following up on you.

Review 31：The rooms were ample sized with lovely decor. Great value for the cost. Staff were friendly and the free shuttle bus graciously accommodated our trip to the mall and back to the hotel. The shuttle bus company called my cellphone to let me know when the bus would be arriving so I wouldn't have to wait outside in the cold.

Review 36：In the Grill there was a new server and she was very pleasant and helpful, however just not ready. They should better train or have a senior server on the floor with new employees. Vivo's only had one person attempting to do the bar and wait on tables. The ladie's room was not set up, no paper towels, no hand blower for sanitation purposes, we had to inform them. It was still early and not extremely crowded that night. I travel frequently and sometimes invite my sisters, we are used to five & four star resorts and hotels/restaurants. So, my expectations are high.

Review 37：Since my visit in September the taste and quality of the food in the Grill was better. Also, the dinner at Vivo was good, but not exceptional as advertisement. We always enjoy our visit and hotel accomodations. The shuttle drivers are very professional.

Review 38：The executive lounge was anything other than executive. It was always empty the entire weekend, no water or snacks at all. When the staff was confronted they said it will be restocked soon but never was restocked. Ridiculous in who do I have to kill to get a bottle of water !

Review 42：The parking garage was just ok. More parking for the restaurants than people with reservations in the better spots. A walkway through the grass from where the elevator let's out would be lovely. Also the room I selected showed a bath tube, but we ended up without one.

Review 43：The hotel was amazing. The staff was really friendly and welcoming. The executive longue was a great bonus. Food was delicious at Grillfire and we were right up the street from all the places we wanted to go. No GPS required to make our way around.

Review 44：I am a leisure guest and wanted to use the pool and a hot tub. No hot tub and pool is closed from 12:00pm to 4:00pm ???? I think the hotel is so business guest focused it is forgetting the leisure guest. Other than that the hotel is really first rate and a great value.
