Review 1:Not a safe place for females traveling alone. Staff unfriendly. Room not clean. I guess one channel is considered cable. Room door extremely hard to open

Review 3:We booked for one night for a family emergency and arrived a little after 7pm for check in. Despite booking earlier, having confirmation letter and check-in lasting until 1130pm; we were told they shut down the computers and had no way to check us into our reserved room.

Review 5:On my way to the hotel on Saturday 3-28-15, I received a call from the manager on duty(Makayla Mckay) stating "check-in time was at 3 and she was about to give my room up if I didn't arrive within an hour". I explained to her that I did not see anywhere on the website nor booking.com stating I had to be there by 3 or my room would be given up. Shortly after I arrived I checked into my room (125-single deluxe) which was not what I reserved. The manager then switched me to another room(240-queen deluxe). I went to the car to get my items to put in my room and then left the hotel around 5p.m. to enjoy a night on the town. I arrived back to the hotel around 2 a.m. to find a couple in my room having sex. They did not acknowledge my suitcase or anything that I had left on the bed which I know they saw when they entered the room. They politely moved my suitcase to the side and used the room I reserved. I had to knock on the door to get my items out of the room. I called the manager on duty (Marcus Jones) . His response was " I'm aware the room was assigned to two people, unfortunately I can't do anything about it until Monday because the office is closed on Sunday". Marcus then proceeded to tell me how sleepy he was and how he wasn't going to argue with me. Marcus told me I would need to pay more money if I wanted to stay in another room that was available and I could get the money back on Monday morning. Marcus then proceeded to tell me you get what you pay for. I encourage no one to stay at this hotel. The staff was very unprofessional. Its basically a hotel that rents rooms out for the month to people who have no where to stay and are simply passing along. The hotel is in a great location surrounding all of the attractions of Hattiesburg. However, it Is the slum of hotels. People are basically living here month to month. They have "no lease signs" all around the hotel when you pull up to the hotel.

Review 6:We got there they couldn't find my reservation so I had to pay higher price then what room was book for ! We got in room they had sprayed for bugs refrigerator was pulled out and drawers was out laying in floor . Wasn't a full stock on towels in the room no coffee . We were woke up at 12:30 am a clerk knocking on door said room was showing vacant didn't like that at all . So was not impressed with this property at all!!!!

Review 8:The noise, the renters and the unavailability of another room away from the noise and renters If you are traveling don't be fooled by the cheep rate, pay a little more and stay at another place.

Review 10:The room smelled horrible, they were overbooked and told me they were sorry but I couldn't stay there, after I already made a reservation. They have me wrong directions then orbitz had to call them to get me a room, when I got my room it was trashed, garbage all over dirty bathroom trash can was full and dirty dishes all over. The smell was the worst part of it, I had to prop my door open to get used to the funk. I asked for air freshened or fabreze or anything to mask the Oder but they were not help.

Review 14:We arrived and went to our room. Someone was already in the room. I went 3 floors down and asked for another room. Went up and couldn't get in. Went back down again for the third time and back up. We went in and the room smelled of alcohol and smoke. We were suppose to have a non smoking room. There were only 2 towels for 4 people. The bathroom was filthy. No one but myself showered and I kept my flip flops on

Review 15:Floors had cracks,lights had shot bulbs,when call for repair they brought New bulbs for me to change, I was very disappointed with this hotel , will not be staying here again.

Review 16:It was noisy, kids that looked to be living there for some time were running up and down the side walk outside of our room, screaming. I saw a car pull up to the mgrs office and yell to the girl working while he blasted his music. One bed felt like only box springs, no matress. Then my kids turned the tv on and the picture kept rolling across the screen. $180 for three nights???? No way! I was so dissapointed. We packed back up after 10 minutes and went down the road to the baymont for $20 more. Do not waste your time!

Review 41:The first room I got had not been cleaned and it was really dirty. The next room I got was clean at first glance. However when you look closer there were strange stains every where and the floor looked like it had not been cleaned in a very long time. The evening and afternoon staff was very rude and had lots of attitude. She was not a very nice lady. I would never tell anybody to stay there.

Review 43:It was hidden so you had to hunt the location of the motel. The parking lot on the backside was not lite very well. Only one elevator to the floors. It is not very safe for a single female to stay at this motel.

Review 44:My room had cooktop but no pans to cook with. Not sure if mine were just missing or not provided. Just used the microwave instead. But family traveling might want/need pots & pans.

Review 45:Nicely appointed room for the cost. Everything worked and was clean. Had read some poor reviews on bed comfort, but I found the bed to be very comfortable. No complaints really.

Review 46:The check in check out staff were unfriendly and unbusiness like. Stayedon cell phone on personal call during check in....did not giveinformation about where room was located nor where ice or anything elsewas either. Told housekeeping we needed towels because we had 3 peoplefor 2 nights and onliy 2 towels and one hand towel...no washcloths...she said it was not her station but she would tell the one itwas and we never got them...by the way a cleaning cart was with her so Idon't know why she could not just give them to me and tell whoeverhad our room she did. The rooms are poorly insulated and it sounded likethe room above us were having foot races all night. The stairwells arenot kept clean and the drawers in our dressers were falling apart...wewere afraid to put any ammont of weight in them so we just lived out ofthe suitcase.
