Review 1：So amazing! This place is so close to the main strip and for only 20 baht you can hire a bike to get around. The staff were super friendly and helpful. I would stay here again!
Review 2：It's a nice quiet place which is great if you want to spend time relaxing by the pool and reading but it's not close to the action if that's what you are looking for. Two days was plenty for me but I will be back there the night before I fly out because it is convenient.

Review 6：Maybe we were unlucky but our stay there was not pleasant at all. We arrived at 6 pm to the hotel and we got king size bed even we booked for twin bed. After they changed our room, there was a lizard in our room. We went to the restaurant, waitress did not undersand English very well so one of the meals were not the same with our order. After our visit in restaurant, my friend got terrible stomach pain. Transportation which is to the airport was for 200 TBH and they even forgot to call them so we have to remind them at 6 am in the morning.
Review 7：Communication not good Getting woken with loud noises from workers working that hotel,outside my room i asked to rooms and they didn't which was disappointing considering i stay for 18 nights :( there's afew things that need attention for this hotel to be a propper nice running Hotel Place was unfinished Advertise pool bar on info page but wasnt even open the whole 18 days i stayed,was disappointing as i book it for one of reason it had pool bar!!!

Review 9：Stayed one night to catch plane the next day. This hotel serves purpose for a place to sleep and wait, but I would never holiday in this hotel. Much nicer places around, closer to the beach too. Breakfast was ok, bed ok, staff were ok.
Review 10：The pool was clean and refreshing however the pool bar looked like it had not been open in years which was disappointing as it was one item that we look for when we book accomodation.

Review 15：We only stayed there for one night before our flight back home but it was a really nice stay.The staff was very polite. We had around 12 hrs to kill before our flight back after we checked out and they were kind enough to store our luggage and let us stay in the premises, use the wifi and pool so the time passed quickly. The breakfast was simple but tasty. The room very modern, spacious and clean. There were two wifi spots and one worked fine i the room, the other one by the pool and the lobby. The airport is close yet not very convenient to walk to with your luggage so you can either catch the airport bus for 3 baht which stops nearly every hr by the Imperial Pearl Hotel nearby or use the Nai Yang Beach hotel taxi service 10 baht per person.
Review 16：Overall it was an odd stay-staff needs training and most requests are met with a vacant stare. Stayed here after traveling with a group and many of us had to change rooms up to 3 times although the hotel seemed mostly empty. Pool has a nice swim up bar but there was never anyone behind it so it went unused.

Review 22：Easy 5 minute walk to lovely Naiyang beach which is much less crowded than beaches further south on Phuket island. Only 5 minutes by taxi to airport but no problem with aircraft noise. Staff are friendly and helpful. Internet deals make it cheaper to book on line than actually at the front desk.

Wouldn't stay in Nai Yang area if I could stay somewhere else (not phuket) Renting motorbike was quite essential if you didn't want to eat at the expensive beach restaurants. You can't get a minibus to the hotel from the airport, only taxi, which cost us 200 baht each. Which is like 6e for a 2km ride!
Review 32：You can rent a motorbike straight from the hotel. Staff was nice and helpful. The rooms were ok. We were facing the little street "garden view" and it wasn't too noisy at nights. Beach was close, there was a evening market near by. Airport few minutes away.

Review 44：Due to the lack of restaurants and places to eat around the hotel we ate at the hotel restaurant and the food was very disappointing. Service was slack and the food ordered was very different to what we actually received. The bruschetta came out after 45 minutes and was simply cent sick with cheese melted on top. When we explained this should have a tomato salsa on top it was taken away and brought back after work minutes with a tomato slice on the original bread. All the food was below average which brought down or whole experience.

Review 116：The staff were appalling. Did not want to engage with guests and wnt out of their way to avoid making eye contact. They could not be bothered to say hello or to be helpful. One of the worst customer service experiences I have ever experienced in many years of travel and hotel accommodation. The beds are so hard with no give in the mattress, likewise with the pillows. Only good for a short stayof a couple of nights.
