Review 1：Booked (and confirmed) suite was occupied by other guest, we had to stay in room lower category. Nobody could explain how could it happen. TV - model from museum , and has not been running: no remote control was in the room, we have to call reception, wait for remote control (removed from other room!) Receptionist had to looking for reason a while, set top box was not powered (probably by cleaning service). No soap in bathroom at washbasin. Liquid soap near bathtub was only thing to wash: but it was fixed on the wall, not useable for hand washing.

Review 3：Unfortunatelly the wellness service was not operating. With wellness it would be a 100% perfect place.

Review 4：Beautiful environment, secluded and calm. The restaurant had a very good offer, lovely dishes. The staff is very friendly. The room is of good size.

Review 5：driving through the forest in rain in the dark for the first time, but the road was well marked, so it was quite alright

Review 6：The well equipped flat the view the fresh, clean air the sheep with bells the "drive" at theplace with many new facilities to come in near future (now?)

Review 7：Waking up to birds singing and eating a tasty breakfast enjoying the mountain view was beyond any of our expectations. The staff was nice, and to our surprise the hotel had gluten-free foods at the breakfast buffet - a thing that's not too common. Will definitely visit the hotel again.

Review 8：the service in the reastaraunt should be more client oriented. First day i had to remind about my ordered wine, second day we had to wait for ordered coke for half an hour, though we were the only guests in the restraunt that moment. No more problems, so possibly it was our bad luck.

Review 9：the place is beautiful (quite and marvelous view on mountains). Good place for relax. The rooms are nicely designed and clean, bathroom with bath is large i equipt. Terrace is very spacy and has a nice view on mountains. Food in the restaurant is very good and not expensive, there is no need to go to the city. The personel is friendly and understandable.
