Review 1：Pretty disgusting condition: unknown stains on sheets, towels, and carpet. If you must stay here keep your shoes on, bring your own towel, and bring one of the sleeping bags they sell for staying in hostels.
Review 2：This might be closest hotel to Southern Mississippi campus. You can walk over and not deal with parking issues. Also, very cheap price. Management was nice.

Review 5：The place has seen better days, really run down and generally dirty. Shower head broken, wifi not working, A/C not adjustable (display said 61 and controls had no affect). Ceiling light flickered and other bulbs burned out. No breakfast available although it was in the description.
Review 6：The staff was warm and congenial The thing I appreciated most was that they had turned the AC ON so that when we arrived the room was completely comfortable.
Review 7：The breakfast was a Danish and coffee, not the breakfast that was advertised. The room was dusty and I had problems with my allergies because of it. They manager had no record of my reservation with booking.com and had to put me in a room that smelled like smoke. I had requested a non-smoking room.

Review 9：1. Wifi does not work in the room and really badly near the reception. 2. It was not possible to leave the luggages in the lobby before the check in time and an "early check-in fee" of 7$ was required 4. The room and furnitures are old and partially broken. 5. Towels are few, small and worn 6. The staff is not friendly

Review 11：The ice machine stopped working and beeped all night . I asked the young man in the office if they could get it to stop and he said no. My room was directly across from it. A fight broke out next door to me. Yelling and slamming doors all night. And not once of the 4 night stay did anyone clean the room, make the beds or anything! I had to return dirty towels myself and exchange for clean ones.

Review 25：The hotel was dirty with holes in the sheets and the beds had no mattress covers. The hotel staff also let an unautherized person into my room.

Review 27：No hair dryer. Thin towels. The remote for the tv was handed to us upon check in and when we checked out the man asked us for the remote before greeting us. The curtains in the room would not stay closed. There were large dark stains on the carpet. I did not feel clean staying there and I won't stay there again.

I won't be staying at the Western again, nor would Irecommend it.
Review 33：The bed was big, we had a king, and was very comfortable. The pillowswere okay. Needs new comforters, these appear to have been on it waaaayto many years.
Review 34：The sheets had stains on them. Took them off the bed because was not going to sleep on them with the way they looked. Otherwise stay was ok.
