Review 1：The first room they tried to put us in was horrendous. It stunk and was full of geckos and insects. The bed was just one old mattress stacked on another on the floor and the bathroom was dirty. The second room was better in that there was less wildlife in the room and the beds were comfortable and clean. The bathroom however was the dirtiest I have encountered on several budget trips to Asia and reminded me of the Saw movies. The toilet seat was not attached at all and the shower head was black with grime. I refused to use it. Though my husband did use it and seemed to think it was OK. I am not sure if that says more about me or him! There was no food available during our stay due to a private party. The wifi didn't work for ages.

Review 2：The staff were very friendly and eager to help. They let us change room with no issue. The breakfast was edible. The second room was better in that there was less wildlife in the room and the beds were comfortable and clean. The location was alright for the bus station and there was one nice restaurant nearby. The wifi was ok when it was working.

Review 3：Old building in need of major upgrading. The free breakfast was terrible. Nothing is in English and is not readily understood by the staff.

Review 5：No English speaking staff, excessive charges for two small dogs. A distance of about 300 meters from Google Maps Navigation, unpleasant to look for the place on a rainy night.
