Review 1：There was no lift at the hotel, but the building was only 3 floors high, and the staff managed to arrange all the rooms to be on the ground floor, as some of us had walking difficulty.
Review 2：The hotel wasn't far from the railway station, the hotel arranged transport to pick our group up (a van for all 7 of us). The hotel location was convenient, nearly all the sites within Jaffna town were only a tuk-tuk ride away. The hotel provided us with a SUV to travel to the more distant sights in the northern peninsula. Rooms were comfortable and were equipped with most in-room facilities like fridge, AC and TV. The bathrooms had hot water. Staff at the hotel were friendly and helpful. The hotel dining room had a fairly ok menu. All in all I would recommend this hotel for leisure and business travellers wanting a place to stay at in Jaffna.
Review 3：The main room was spotlessly clean but the bathroom, although not actually 'dirty', was not quite to the same standard. There was no restaurant 'dedicated' to just hotel guests. Instead there was a 'public' restaurant that was more like a 'fast food' cafe offering basic furniture and menu, with a significant 'carry-out' trade keeping the 'eat in' service a bit slow.
Review 4：It was not too far from the railway station (a short tuk-tuk journey rather than a walk). The room was huge (more like a suite) with a 'king size' bed, a dining table & 6 chairs, a 3-piece suite, and a large-ish wall-mounted 'flat screen' TV.
Review 5：Inadequate warm water for morning showers. Otherwise - nothing remarkable.
Review 6：A central location - ideal for comfortable tours of Jaffna. Quite and calm environment. Friendly management and staff who were quite responsive to our needs. The receptionist, in particular, went out of her way to provide us excellent service - always with a smile and reassurance. Good restaurant serving Jaffna and other type of meals.

Review 10：About everything . $55.00. $25.00 is about all it's worth . But I would prefer to not go there again. How you get a 7 rating I do t know.
