Review 1：There's a misunderstanding between your ads on your website n extend stay price info. Booked a two rooms two beds but only got one room two beds. Arguing about 2 hrs before they willing do something about it. Since all the two rooms two bed is all booked. Did not get what I want.

Review 5：At first, the pet fee, even for this tiny little low -maintenance dog, was said to be 75.00, and this with no prior mention in the pre-booking process. Then we found just one bed for three adults. ... but yes, the staff quickly changed the room and adjusted the pet fee.

Review 6：Very roomy, after an initial mixup about basic accommodations (number of beds, etc.) The staff recovered well.

Review 7：When I arrived there was no reservation. Fortunately i had my res # with me. Booting.com got it booking wrong. The hotel staff was great and managed to find me accomodations.

Review 8：Too much carpet powder especially in the hall ways. The aroma was overwhelming,the ac was too noisy,when the light and fan inthe bathroom are on the same switch it is annoying when someone uses the bathroom at night.

Review 12：I had a good experience, but only stayed for a day and pet fee is $75 for either a day or week. A daily pet fee would be nice. I did not take my dog in to the facility as it was too expensive.
