Review 1：It wasn't very clean, hairs in the shower and on back of toilet, toilet not very clean.

Review 2：The location is very convenient for most things you would want to do in Lethbridge, free parking is nice.

Review 3：There were noisy people near us the first night and the room was very hot so it did not have a pleasant smell upon arrival. We were able to use the air conditioning to cool the room and used room deodorizer to re-fresh the room.

Review 4：The room had a micro-wave, alarm, and large fridge and TV. The staff were helpful and friendly. We were moved to a more suitable room the last 2 night. We enjoyed a room which was not hot, very quiet, and fresher smelling. It was easy to navigate from the motel . The Japanese Garden was minutes away and we enjoyed that immensely.

Review 5：Air conditioning wasn't working properly. Which made the room we stayed in uncomfortable. Also the manager at this location wasn't pleasant to deal with. She didn't have a very good attitude.

Review 6：We had booked a non-smoking room which was written on a large sign on the door of the room, but as soon as we opened the door it was obvious someone had been smoking. The smell was overpowering and no attempt had been made to clear it. We spent a couple of hours with the window and door open and my wife sprayed her perfume in the air to help clear it to a tolerable level. Our king bed room had a beautiful view of the stairs to the upper level of the motel. There was a spill of some sort on the desk chair which I had to wipe off before sitting in it. The cable box for the TV required several starts before it would stay engaged. The vanes on the air conditioner were broken so it was impossible to direct the air flow where it might be most useful. The bed was too soft and we both awoke with back aches.

Review 8：I can appreciate that the breakfast selection was geared towards making the setup easy, but selection was thin. Only protein was hardboiled eggs, and we are the last 3 even though we were the first ones there. Otherwise clean, etc.

Review 9：Nice, fast wifi, and no funny smell. Thought we were going to have to put up with a lot of noise when a literal bus of teenaged boys pulled in, but the walls are nice and thick. Slept great!

Review 10：The pool hasn't been open for use for years but its still advertised as a feature; the bathroom tile grout was black and the walls and doors were in poor repair.

Review 12：The front desk guy is not friendly at all.During breakfast time say good morning to him and he just ignore you.breakfast is end at 9:30 a.m. and he close the door right away,make us feel like got lock in the room.Breakfast is terrible.The bottom orange is molded and throw away after two days we stay there.Toaster is old and one is not working.One customer is complaining the toaster is not working and the respondse from the guy is ( you not suppose to be here because the breakfast is over ) I check the clock and the customer is only 5 minutes late. Thank god he has a day off and the lady staff has a lot better service.

Review 14：Unless they get new management or new owners -the place will not exist by next spring. - You (Travel Agency)should have someone check out the place before you book another guest in it. (We certainly would never stay there again - not even if they pays us too.) Wall paper or such is pealing from walls. Bathroom floor was Dirty and poorly kept up. They checked us in room - where as it was not even made up yet from last guests. People at front desk Managers, should be working in a Lumber Camp not a Guest Lodge. I hope a place like it is not only one available for what they charge there in Lethbridge. Furthermore we will never make accommodations with Booking.com - Have a great day.

Review 44：I was not happy about driving for 13hrs then being told by the maintenance man that he was off the clock and if we wanted the toilet fixed (it was running)that I would have to pay his overtime, after he had a few words with lady at front desk he came to the room looked at it and said it would have to do, the toilet valve was leaking so it would refill tank every couple of minutes, I asked the lady at the front desk for a new room and she was helpful.

Review 46：we have stayed here a number of times while visiting our family. It is reasonably close and access to main downtown area is good. Rates reasonable, beds comfy, quiet, breakfast included, pool in season, has laundry facilities for guests.

The beds were very soft. The bathroom although clean was dated and looked dirty because of the old stained anti slip strips in the tub.

Review 53：Last year when we stopped here, the free breakfast was hot and actually cooked when ordered. Not sure if the restaurant part got shut down or if it was just closed, but only a mediocre continental breakfast was set up this time. There wasn't any water to drink! Just cheap juice. The hot breakfast is what made this a totally worthwhile stop before. Next time I will just pick the cheapest place in town for a sleep since the breakfast doesn't set this place apart like it used to.

Review 58：This is a store front reno, front office, of the former Super8. Nothing in the room had been updated from years ago, the place should have been knocked down. Of course, the "pet" rooms in spite of the extra charge invariably are the worst of all!

I did mention it to the front desk staff and they apologizedoffering to move us to another room but husband was ill and I did notwant to move. Hopefully this will be fixed
