Review 1：The breakfast was horrible. The eggs and hashbrowns had no flavor. The English muffins were some off brand. The pineapple came from a can and the toasters didn't work.

Review 19：Buying zoo and zoombeezi bay tickets at the desk was challenging and frustrating. The person behind the desk didn't listen carefully to our requests. On our first afternoon, we asked for 3 tickets to the zoo. Three times, the clerk asked if we wanted 4 tickets. The next day, we wanted zoombeezi bay tickets and asked the clerk if the price included admission to the zoo. She said yes, and then when we ordered 3 tickets, she calculated not only the zoombeezi bay price but also separate prices for zoo admission. Anyone not paying attention could've easily been overcharged. Very frustrating.

Review 25：I was disappointed on the up-keep of the place. My suit was neglected in up-keep and repairs. The tp holder was hanging half off the wall, and walls were damaged and in need of paint. Also, the hot tub room had moisture damage on the walls and ceiling.

Review 33：It's kept up well and is very clean, but is also pretty dated. The pool was small, which wouldn't be a big deal but it was taken over by another group that was staying there which isn't really the hotels fault, but if the space were bigger it would be so easy to force others out. My window was popped out and while they addressed it, it was the next day because their staff had left for the day and I see that as a security concern since it faces outside.

Review 36：The staff was wonderful especially the manager. The hotel room was very nice! The amenities included for free was above and beyond. The free breakfast was exceptional and managed to feed several "picky eaters". This is the place that we will be staying at for all of our future adventures in the area!

The bed was super comfy and the pillows were super soft and poofy! Two flat screen TVs a couch and chair! And I personally liked the shamrocks and leprechauns!

Review 44：Having stayed in this hotel 8-10 times - Booked for a full week while visiting family in the area, The room being renovated above us had a Water Leak that entered our room the evening desk clerk did not work with us to manage the situation, move us to another comparable room, when we were upset he immediately threatened to call the police - we moved to another hotel. After speaking to the General Manager the next day she cancelled our bill which is minimum but we did not receive any written apology or an invitation for a few nights to return in the future as she stated - Nothing! We will not return

When we came back from the body building show everything was clean I was the happiest person ever haha! Great service good location
