Reviews for Airport Settle Inn

Review 1:Very dated decor and our room had a cracked window that they had clear tape over it to hold it together. We had to push down on the toilet lever with 20 pounds of pressure in order to make it flush. No smoking rooms, but had cigarette burn on the sink. One of the doors into the motel had duct tape over the lock latch (by the gazebo) so it appears anyone 24 hours a day could just walk into the motel. In today’s world, that is asking for a tragedy. This was absolutely not worth the $250.00 plus tax per night for us.

Review 2:Was close to the Lambeau field which is why we stayed there.

Review 3:Buttons were broken on hot tub the size of cups for free cofee and not enough in room food selection for free breakfast was very limited.. The airplanes were very loud

Review 4:I loved how big and spacious it was n the comforter on bed was very nice.. Loved having a hot tub in my room

Review 5:Always had to use a key to enter building. TV reception / picture was not very clear. Older hotel, somewhat out dated, no refrigerator or microwave. Clearly can hear people walking in the room above you. No wi-fi. Over priced under these circumstances.

Review 6:Water pressure in the shower was good, too many other hotels have water savers that reduce water pressure to a minimum

Review 7:The room was very simplistic. Not a bad thing but I'm just not use to no closet or dresser. It's Very basic, But still good if all you need is a place to sleep.

Review 8:Staff was great & helpful. Location was perfect (Close enough to Lambeau field). The room was quaint with a big bathroom & Comfy beds. The lobby area was decorated very nicely for the holidays. It really added a great feel to the place.

Review 9:We booked a king room on line. They gave us a queen double and said, oh well thats what we have. ( they did have one king room left) when we were going to leave, they gave us the king room.

Review 10:The bed was comfortable

Review 11:We needed an emergency visit for sister-in -laws funeral. When we inquired about a bereavement rates we were told that because the Packers were playing in town that weekend that rates were not available. We understand that the Packers are truly loved in the area, but the general public should not have to suffer lost of money because of the Packers. Management told us if the Packers were playing out of town we would have received a special rate. I truly believe the Residence Inn Corporation should review this policy and provide some type of refund on our bill. I would request a favorable response to this request

Review 12:The hotel needs some updating and maintenance. It needs a little TLC

Review 13:They upgraded us to a suite which gave our family more space to play cards, watch tv and relax. Also they had a good breakfast that was included.

Review 14:We got no match play at casino because we booked on line. Had we yes a bit more we would have gotten $20 per night at the casino. People came outside to smoke and were right in front of our window. Noise was loud enough to force us to close our window

Review 15:Would have been nice to have a microwave and small refrigerator. Area of sink/bathroom was very congested trying to use with 4 adults.

Review 16:Able to catch shuttle across the street to & from the game.

Review 17:They changed us from a queen with two beds to a king room with one bed and one foldout couch. we had to request sheets for the foldout.

Review 18:The room and the bed were fine. The staff was fantastic.

Review 19:Continental breakfast was not as good as other hotels I've stayed at. But overall it worked out well for four adults (one family). It was pretty pricy but I can understand them charging those rates for a Packer home game weekend.

Review 20:Room was big w/kitchen. Good access to the free cheesehead busline shuttle to the Packer game.

Review 21:Not a bad experience but no notification that it was a 2 night minimum stay. Breakfast was ok not the freshest and not replenished often

Review 22:Close to lambeau field quiet area clean

Review 23:Room smelled; opened the window and dozens of flies came out, TV system didn't work, room was cramped, no vanity space, no closet, clothes hangers wedged in behind a chair...and all for the low low price of over $200 per night!

Review 24:The rooms were dated and not very nice for the price. Totally overpriced. Carpets need to be cleaned and replaced. I have been coming to Green Bay to the Packers game for the past twenty years. I would not recommend this to any of my friends and I would not stay here again.

Review 25:Easy to get to the stadium

Review 26:Our room was hot. The air was not working properly and the lamp was broken. The bed was hard and the curtains did not keep the bright light out so our room was too bright to sleep. And the breakfast was disappointing.

Review 27:A couple of the staff were very nice and helpful.

Review 28:Old mattress, musty smelling room, malfunctioning cooling fan. No value for money paid - very tired property at least our room indicated that.

Review 29:Availability during a packer weekend

Review 30:The room was very outdated, and smelled musty. Also, the AC leaked the entire time and the carpet was soaked when we woke up. The crew brought in a giant fan to try to dry up the carpet, but the fan was extremely loud. That carpet and pad has to be moldy.

Review 31:I loved the location of the facility with regards to Lambeau field.

Review 32:Towels are terrible! Too thin! For 500 plus a night??? Can't get better shampoo and soap? Someone is captilaizing on that profit???

Review 33:Decorations in Lobby really festive!

Review 34:Slamming doors all through the night!! They promised to send a discount coupon for our next visit -- still waiting! We would stay there again if they fixed the doors to close more quietly.

Review 35:Very pretty and comfortable suite

Review 36:The room was not what I expected. The bathroom was very small, hardly enough room on the counter for a blow drier. Hotel is outdated but was for the most part clean.

Review 37:The staff was very friendly. Breakfast was pretty good.

Review 38:Paid cash at check-in; they asked for my credit card for incidentals. When I checked out, they asked if I was leaving the charges on my card. Told them I paid cash when I checked in; said they couldn't find it. I gave the approximate time of my check-in; said they knew who the employee was and no charges would be made to my card. I have checked with my card today and no pending charges but will keep checking the rest of this week. NEVER again!

Review 39:Beds were very comfortable.

Review 40:Bathroom was small. Didn't supply coffee for 12 cup Coffee maker. Went to desk to get one -cup coffee pods to make it work. More upkeep of pool area- like towel supply would have been helpful.

Review 41:Family Two Bed Room Suite Had plenty of space. It was clean. Beds were comfortable. Staff were helpful and polite.

Review 42:I had booked my reservations online and then added a second room for our grandson & i was paying for both. Before I left I checked to make sure they had my information and the room was paid for. The next day when he checked out they said he had to pay for the room. Thank goodness he mentioned it and I had them remove it from my credit card as it was showing as a pending charge on my credit card.

Review 43:It was comfortable & clean & had a pool.

Review 44:We came up for a Packers pre-season game. The price and location of this hotel were perfect for our stay. The free city bus (Cheesehead Shuttle) made it easy to get to/from Lambeau Field. The Packers won so we were happy on all levels!

Review 45:The pool was closed during a large portion of our stay and that was the main reason we booked with this hotel. The hotel staff was friendly about it. We also had an issue with the Schneider drivers who stay their for training and we're appalled by their behavior. Breakfast was horrible

Review 46:The staff was great at problem resolution as well as friendly

Review 47:I had ordered two queen beds for myself and my son in law. When we arrived, we were given two twin beds and paid $265.00 for it. We were told there were not any other rooms available.

Review 48:Loved the location. Close to everything we had planned for our trip to Green Bay. I REALLY loved the bike path that runs in front of the hotel AND having McDonald's right next door : )

Review 49:Between the large trucks parked outside our window, traffic noise, walls shacking every time doors were closed, and the extremely loud AC unit we had a bad sleep.

Review 50:Really close to airport. Really clean with a great shower. Friendly staff.

Review 51:Breakfast was horrendous: very poor selection - instead of staples such as bacon& eggs was just boiled eggs, bad coffee, no fresh bread. Literally could not eat anything! Ragged plastic table covers, dirty tables - all for $200 a night!

Review 52:Room was decent and clean.

Review 53:Breakfast really didn't offer much. We tried a piece of bread and it was dried out. This was the most disappointing thing about Settle Inn, even though there is a McDonald's next door. I have stayed in far less quality places and had far better variety and freshness. In our suite, there were light bulbs that didn't work therefore, the room seemed dark when getting ready. We also were told that there would be a 10% discount for the coffee shop across the street. Both times we tried to make a purchase, the business was closed, even at the time when the sign stated that they should be open. These things would not discourage me from staying here again, overall it was a very pleasant stay.

Review 54:Staff was very very friendly! Rooms were clean. Parking was excellent.

Review 55:On the website black out drapes are listed under amenities this is very important to me because I have a hard time falling asleep. Our room had no curtains just wooden blinds that let a lot of light in at night from the storage units directly behind our room. I had spoken to the front desk twice they did not care. I emailed the hotel with no response either. Do not list it under amenities if ALL rooms do not have it!!! That is a big reason why I chose this hotel.

Review 56:The hotel was clean the location was good.

Review 57:Swimming pool.

Review 58:The breakfast server was above excellent!

Review 59:Location

Review 60:No staff to monitor the pool. Bunch of drunks and very rude and loud. Should of been told to leave. Didnt use pool cause of this.

Review 61:the hallways smelled... the half pained hallways ... putting breakfast away at 9:45.. noty very happy with the price we paid for...

Review 62:Need better snow removal in the parking area.

Review 63:Wake-up call and one-time Airport pickup and drop-off.

Review 64:Very friendly staff, great price, restaurants nearby. And airport shuttle. Cute holiday decorations

Review 65:the game room was nonexistenent . the beds were a little too hard.

Review 66:the kids liked the pool. the hotel was very clean .

Review 76:I got upgraded to a King suite. It was really nice

Review 77:Went for a Packers game. Great location, close to downtown, the casino, and a bar across the street with a free shuttle to the game.

Review 78:The rooms could use a little up dating and the bathrooms are a bit awkward.

Review 79:loved the location and the staff and the all available things

Review 80:Price was terrible - 2 night min is total waste!

Review 81:Packer game!

Review 82:No microwave or fridge

Review 83:The pool was cool and the price was okay

Review 84:Someone (child?) pooped in the pool. We were unable to use it during our stay.

Review 85:Staff was awesome, and gave me a free upgrade to my room!!

Review 86:Rate was high because packer weekend and we needed a room because we got in on a late flite.

Review 87:Friendly staff

Review 88:I didn't dislike anything

Review 89:Everything was excellent

Review 90:Room key did not work for exterior doors, bathroom was so small had to go out just to change clothes, pool filled with loud kids after 11 pm.

Review 91:The air conditioner had to be unplugged. Wait for 10 or 15 minutes. And then plug back into run.

Review 92:It was a short drive to the Main Street in Green Bay.

Review 93:everything

Review 94:Comfy bed and very clean rooms

Review 95:The bathroom was very small. There were not enough choices for breakfast.

Review 96:The price was good. The people were very nice.

Review 97:Nothing, but the card key system is from the 40's.

Review 98:It was good all around, and they tolerated my little kids well.

Review 99:Breakfast selections - need something other than biscuits and gravy! Could hear noises from adjoining rooms - fans, water running

Review 100:Breakfast with poor options

Review 101:Nice hotel good condition charm

Review 102:Very small space of Breakfast Room, only five tables. Only one toaster, one waffle maker, very small muffin bin, no yogurt. Very disappointing.

Review 103:lousy breakfast choices

Review 104:good bed & pillows

Review 105:Had to wait on breakfast at 7:00. Did not keep it stocked well.

Review 106:Had to up grade us and it worked great.

Review 107:Breakfast was all "carbs". Hard choices for a diabetic or dieter.

Review 108:Great Staff at check in

Review 109:The rooms were nice and clean. The master room was very spacious. The continental breakfast could have used some fruit, as I did not see any.

Review 110:Wi fi not to good for android system
