Reviews for Topping House

Review 1：No TV, no night stands, no bar stools in the kitchen. One of the bedrooms had French door but no curtains so it wasn't private they could maybe move the bed to the other side if they don't want curtains on the door. Need to modernize the front entrance or paint it

Review 2：Beds where comfortable

Review 3：The house number 1822 doesn't exist. The correct house number is 1823. There is only one set of keys. There are few dishes and cutlery, no kettle, no pot, no baking pan, no normal knife. There are no towels provided for everybody, only few for the whole appartment but I don't remember if the host promises that. There is one big blanket for the bed. Could be add some chairs. I guess the appartment would cost more if it had all the above mentioned. Overall good pick if you are not afraid of Bronx.

Review 4：The apartment is bright, spacious, completely new and clean. Two double beds are wide enough, one - narrower but yet OK for two. Each bedroom has wardrobe with hangers and few shelves. Bathroom is not very spacious yet enough equiped with everything including bath with shower and toiletries. Living room together with kitchen makes enough space, one appartment had a table in front of sofa, another hadn't. It seems that apartment is so new that host hasn't manage to fully equip it (kitchen has fridge, oven, microwave oven), House is on a relatively quiet street. Relatively, because in the evenings and weekend neighbours can have parties but only till midnight. On the other hand it is real Bronx! It takes comfortable few minutes to the D metro line and approx. 5 minutes down the "hill" to the 4th metro line. Manhattan City Hall is ~40 minutes by metro.

Review 5：No tv plus the place just needed a few personal touches. Example no iron, no garbage bins, no pots and no extra sheets. Also the stove did not work.

Review 6：Just 5 mins away from subway to Manhattan. Very spacious and awesome natural lighting. Quiet neighborhood. Really enjoyed the stay.
