Review 1：Rug must have been 100 years old. Bed covers looked very used. Wrinkled.

Review 2：Friendliness of staff. Pleasantly surprised since Red Roof Hotels don't have a very good reputation. Obviously money was invested in revamping of hotel and it felt somewhat new.

Review 3：The room was lit with white lights, and I would have liked softer, yellowish-white lights to make the room seem more welcoming. Breakfast was decent, nothing special. Oatmeal, hard boiled eggs, muffins, honey buns and cereal. Apples, oranges, and oatmeal were as healthy as it got.

Review 4：The staff were exceptionally hospitable, making us feel very welcome. The room was clean, and we were not bothered unnecessarily at any point during our 2-night stay.

Review 5：The staff went the extra mile to make sure my stay was great. I had requested a ground level room but was initially given a second floor room. Martha, the staffer on duty immediately moved things around and put me in a ground floor room. That made my day not having to lug my luggage up a flight of stairs after a long day of driving. And she called my room after arrival to make sure the room was satisfactory.

Review 6：The bed was pretty uncomfortable. Really gross watery coffee. Nothing unexpected for a non-luxury hotel though.

Review 16：The lamp in the room had a damaged cord and was repaired by just being wrapped in electrical tape. The desk chair was very worn and shabby looking. The two things looked very shabby and cheapened the look and feel of the room.
