Review 1：If you drive your own car hard to find car parking to manage the check in but when you make it successful to the reception the staff will do everything. Also not sufficient blankets. But if I have had asked for it I'm sure the staff will be happy to provide me with some. But it should have been there.

Review 4：Receptionists were very kind. We were trying to use our very limited Turkish so communication was possible. Wet handkerchiefs, bonbons at the r. desk -small courtesy, but effective proof that you are paid attention of.
