Review 1：One of the services was that it included free wi-fi. I tried to connect several times and never managed to stay connected. Not by laptop, nor by cellphone. Even called staff to check if I was doing something wrong but everything was fine.
Review 2：It had a nice view by the river and had free coffee and fruits.
Review 3：It's an older hotel and that is reflected in the price they charge. The rooms are extremely clean and the staff was very helpful. We plan on staying there the next time we go to a Packers game.
Review 4：More staff could possibly help with the cleanliness of the place. Updates on the interior could do wonders for the cost of the rooms.

He made us feel like family, welcome, attentive, personable....he is a gem that you are very lucky to have at your business. I will return with family and friends to stay at your hotel....due to location, value price, and because of the excellent treatment received from Chris!

Review 12：Convenient location to the Resch Arena where our function was this weekend. Would have been nice if maybe continental breakfast was offered like toast, pastry, donuts, cereal, etc... But otherwise was a very pleasant stay.
Review 13：The whole place was very shabby. The bathroom desperately needed to be refurbished. Rooms and corridors needed some bright paint. Get rid of collections of unneeded furniture. An arrangement with the restaurant next door to provide a continental breakfast would be a great advantage. Unkempt garden that might have been attractive.
Review 14：We like a firm bed and these were perfect. We had the best night sleep here that we've had in more than a month of touring. The bedclothes were perfectly crisp and clean, as you would expect. Reception was good and the member of staff we met was very good and dealt with us efficiently and politely. Riverside location had the potential to be very attractive. The price was good and appropriate for what was a two star (or perhaps one star) Hotel.
Review 15：Could have been cleaner behind the beds and nightstand. Was very dusty. There were cobwebs on the banisters for the stairs to go out. Did have a problem with ants on the bathroom counter and then on top of the microwave which was on the vanity outside the bathroom. Started out just a couple and then was more. My partner didn't mention it to the manager because of other people being present when he would see him so never got a chance to tell him and so we don't know how he would have handled it. We were only there for two nights so wasn't that bad. Noticed the smoke detector was in the nightstand drawer instead of mounted in the room for safety. For the price we paid I think these things should have been better. Rooms are not very up to date for the price being charged too but was really only available place left to get a room.
Review 16：Location was not to far out of the way from where we had to go to dine and not to far from Lambeau field. Liked the view from the room of the water and that we could see the top of the field from there. Very private and quiet for the most part. Comfortable and clean beds and good heat. The manager was very polite and helpful with information of where to dine. Would stay there again.
Review 17：The increased room price because of a football game. I was in town tending to a family member in the hospital. Having to pay an increased price only made things more stressful
