Review 1：The pet fee was a surprise to me. It was not advertised in any of the information I saw while booking. Although plentiful and clean, the towels were small, like a child size, and rough like hospital towels. The toilet paper was poor quality considering the cost of the room. It was the kind you'd expect to find on an airplane or in a bus station.
Review 2：The hotel is convenient to many restaurants. The staff were helpful and friendly. For a fee, pets are welcome. It has all the amenities you'd expect at a Best Western.
Review 3：Put right next to on site construction. Given wrong room. Booked a king but was given a double. Construction workers were very load at 8am on a Saturday. Sink was clogged. Bathroom nasty.
Review 4：We tried two rooms. The first had towels on the floor, as if someone had taken a shower and left. The second looked as if someone had lounged on the beds and watched TV. We left to get a room elsewhere.

Review 6：Wifi very poor, house keeper just let herself in with out knocking and 2 hours before checkout time. Lots of workmen staying who we're noisy. Girl on reception might want to try smiling!

Review 9：The staff was great and accommodating! I did not know it was under construction which didn't cause any discomfort aside from aesthetics. Overall a great place to lay your head for the night while exploring Athens.

Review 12：The night I stayed apparently followed some plumbing work and the cold water tap only delivered red-brown water in several rooms that were offered to me (even after running it for 10min). It is unconscionable that management missed something that affected the entire hotel. Not reliable! And I'll find another place on my next visit...
