Review 1：It was a little tight, but I've been use to a suite. I wasn't into the breakfast. Because the only meat for breakfast was sasuage
Review 2：I was there to visit family. It was a good location , and clean.
Review 3：Room was very small compared to other hotels we've stayed at and paid similar prices. Walls were very thin plus no weather stripping around the door so you could hear people in the hallway and lighting came through around the door. Hooters was right next door so at closing time lots of noise from the parking lot cars and people.
Review 4：Location was good and staff were very friendly and helpful over all facility was clean and breakfast was average but staff replenished very quickly when low.
Review 5：HK staff left a used towel in my shower. When I returned to my room after 11:00, the girl said towels were in the dryer and she'd bring them in 30 minutes ... never heard from her. Just need a bit better customer follow-up

Review 9：I was on the 1st floor....the 11-7 shift staff could be heard talking most of the night. The walls were paper thin, you could hear the people in the adjoining rooms, talking, TV, and going to the bathroom! The room was stall smelling with a damp odor. Coffee maker in room, but filter was missing.
Review 10：The hot coffee in the morning in the breakfast room was really the only positive. When I arrived the lobby was clean and smelled fresh and clean.

Review 12：We traveled to Hickory to visit Lake Hickory Haunts and wanted somewhere not too far away. This place was great. Not too expensive for one night stay and was clean. Overall my boyfriend and I enjoyed our stay.
Review 13：The receptionist was extremely helpful in guiding us to the perfect restaurant downtown. She also gave us recommendations to some of the furniture stores. The room was well appointed, clean and the bed comfy!

Review 17：perfect overnight location en route from smokey mts to goldsboro, nc. clean and had all of the ammenities needed for an overnight stay while traveling from one point to another. first room had a leak. we immediately got another room. no questions. no delay.
Review 18：very little...the only thing I can think of is the lobby around the exterior days still has a smoky smell. It could be due to the workers stepping out back to take their smoke.

Only ONE (1) luggage cart for Entire 3 floors..

Review 25：The bed was uncomfortable, a pillow topper on the mattress would have made my night's sleep more pleasant. It is located close to the highway so noise from the traffic is audible. Noises can be heard from the neighboring rooms. Also, during my night, at some awful hour of the dark morning, there were people revving their engines and doing burnouts on the road nearby.
Review 26：The desk staff person was very nice, personable. The entrance to the room is from an inside hall which is nicer than parking lot doorways. Plenty of hot water and water pressure was great! The room was nicely furnished, perfect size, clean. Hair dryer, ironing board and iron. Hotel changed hands overnight, from Motel 6 to Sleep Inn. I did not partake of the breakfast. I ate at the Cracker Barrel 2 doors away.

Review 35：The paint fumes gave me a headache all the noise from construction all day they moved smoking rooms to 3rd floor As a lady traveling alone I did not like being put in a room at the end of the hall having to go past all the construction workers rooms everytime i would leave my room I felt uneasy with the men staring and whispering in foreign language but over all a nice place I will stay there again.

My fiancée is diabetic and we must keep insolin, refrigerated.He told me to find another hotel if I wasn't happy. I have stayed there many times and always had great experience. Review 43：Motel is under construction being remodeled, we were put in a room directly under one of the rooms being remodeled. Got awakened abruptly very early to construction above us, not happy! Bed in our room needed to be replaced both my Husband and I did not sleep well. Very noisy place.

Review 52：We were pleasantly surprised at the upscale quality for a value price in this hotel. The staff was professional and friendly, the hotel had been tastefully remodeled and the rooms were clean and comfortable. The bonus was definitely the reasonable price for anyone wanting a good place to rest overnight. Also, there were several good resturants nearby.
Review 53：Very poor lighting in the room. It made the room seem very dated and drab. The shower was very odd but it was decent. I didn't have an iron and ironing board in my room and that took a little while to remedy. I was hoping for a refrigerator and they told me there should be one in my room. There wasn't. I was told to let them know if it wasn't there but after the fiasco trying to get the iron/ironing board I thought it was more trouble than it was worth. I needed a complimentary bottle of shampoo which felt terrible in my hair. I don't know if it was their water or what but I could have just used soap and it would have done just as well.
Review 54：The location to my event was convenient but that's relative to the guest. It was very quiet at night which was nice.
Review 55：The hotel was older and could use some more renovations. We were moved to a different room the third night because of a smell and dampness in our first room. The filters on the A/C unit in the first room were filthy and caked in dust. The front desk took care of it as soon as I brought it to their attention. The walls are super thin, so if you have loud neighbors, good luck!
Review 56：When we arrived, David was working the front counter and was extremely friendly and the check in process was smooth and easy. We stayed for four nights and the front desk staff and cleaning staff were very helpful and addressed any issues very quickly! For being located so close to the freeway, it was very quiet. Very convenient location.

I was very pleased with the accommodations....the room was spacious, neat, and clean....a no frills room that had all that we needed. As a bonus, the staff was courteous, helpful, and very friendly. Great job "Hickory 6" - you made our short stay very enjoyable - and we would book there again if in the Hickory area.
Review 107：No microwave in the room which was very much needed to heat the food for a feeding tube patient. Which was advertised in the booking. No iron in the room, no clock.

That's just rude and irresponsible.

Review 125：As you walked in the lobby it smelled like cigeratte smoke. The room did not have microwave or mini refrigator as stated on room describtion. The bed was not a King size, again this was all ststed on my reservations when I booked.
