Review 1：The staff was rude for the most part the rooms warehouse clean and smells of mold the indoor pool area was freezing no heat kids can get sick

Review 3：Great customer service! We had car problems and needed to wait a while for it to get fixed. They were very generous and let us keep our room longer and were very accommodating.All of the employees were extremely nice and courteous. I would recommend this motel to anyone traveling in the area.

Review 4：I didn't like the fact that we had to either sit outside our room or sit in lobby to get reception on our cell phones. The cleaning staff didn't clean our room. I reported it and it was just like I said nothing. I was handed some towels with a sorry.

Review 5：Its basically a Hotel where you get what you paid for. First room, had a broken bed and had at least at one point had or still had bed bugs, because of the bed bug mattress cover. Second room, uncomfortable bed, and Roaches! My sister in law got a room at the Hotel just for the purpose of letting my neice swim and when they went to pool they were confronted by an employee and told the pool was closed "For Maintenance" & they were not able to swim at all. Who advertises a pool and then doesnt allow your guests to use it, never saw anyone use the pool at all. Never will recommend or stay there again! If we would not have been tight on $$ for family Thanksgiving, i would have demanded a refund and got another room in another Hotel. I was tempted to just sleep in the car! We left as much of our luggage in the car so not to bring anything creepy or crawling back home with us!

Review 7：We anticipated we would need to disinfect. What we weren't expecting was signs of bed bugs and the roaches crawling on the wall! We never had a chance to put our bags down before noticing these two things alone. Needless to say... we left immediately!

Review 20：Pool was cold, room was damp and very musty, carpet was still wet from cleaning and didn't dry quick enough so it was very musty. Found debris on floor including a chicken nugget. Half of the staff was friendly other half seemed put out and even a bit rude. Breakfast ran out early and didn't get replaced.

Review 22：The air conditioner did not work in my room. I was only there for 5 hours so I didn't complain.when I went to take a shower, the water was rust colored when I turned it on. It took a while for the water to run clearbefore I showered. The drain was slow, so the water pools around your ankles. You had to hold the toilet handle down until everything left the toilet, or it wouldn't flush. There was a non working jacuzzi in the room.

Review 24：Upon arrival, there was a very strong smell of mildew as soon as you came in the front door. Check in was smooth but the man running the front desk did not even know how to use the computer. As we were walking to our room we noticed there was a homeless lady sleeping in one of the lounge chairs by the pool. Once we got into our room the first thing we noticed was the smell, dust everywhere, holes in the wall, cigarette burns on the comforters, and roaches crawling across the carpet. I immediately went back to the front desk and asked for a refund and they would not give me anything for that night because they said that it was too late. The older gentleman moved me to another room which was just as bad as the first one only minus the bugs. My family and I slept 4 hours got up and went to another Hotel. We could not even shower because the towels were too dirty and Staind

Review 26：The pool was freezing (but it looks nice)..Very busy intersection when trying to come and go from hotel. The beds could use some new mattresses on them and the plywood frame they were on was odd.

Due to the pool the room and hotel had a chlorine musty smell which is understandable. Our room had very little water pressure for showering. The beds were old and lumpy but sheets were clean. For the price this was a good stay.

Review 54：The staff was courteous. The entrance was appealing. It had a pool for families that the rooms surrounded. I liked that there was a bar with nice pool tables within the hotel. There was a change machine and an ATM as well.

Review 55：The Place needs more ventilation and dark inside due to the enclosure of the pool skyline would be great. Needs carpet inside room and the walls were painted dark and made the room dark and needed the curtains updated. Overall the rooms needs the most improvement.

Review 82：It wasn't dirty, it just wasn't exactly clean. There were metal steps leading up to our room and there were little shiny blue rocks that someone must have spilled on the steps. They were there all night and I couldn't believe someone didn't lose their footing on them. Also, it would be nice if the lounge would stay open later than 11 for us late travelers.

Review 87：Carpet fresh was so strong it took 3 days to be able to breathe properly. Had to keep door open as much as possible and told maid not to vacuum any more. Had to kill several bugs in the bathroom (a southern thing?). Bath towels were the size of hand towels. Freezer in section in ref rig was dripping on food. No breakfast bar items available after 9AM. On vacation - a little later availability would have been nice. Old motel, old furniture. Pictures made it look much nicer than it was. We had 4 rooms - 10 people, all adults - and had other problems in other rooms too. Bad TV reception, leaking from upstairs into bathroom. Granddaughter had to clean bathtub so she could get a shower. Generally very disappointed.

Review 89：We got two rooms. In one room the bathroom was filthy and we needed to clean it in order to use it. The other room had a leak in the ceiling of the bathroom from the room above, and had mildew in the walls and ceiling, which caused me to get sick. The breakfast was terrible, and the employees were rude. There are only 5 handicap spots and when we returned to our rooms the employees had parked in all of them.

Review 100：When I arrived, the hotel parking lot was near empty and prominently filled with two dumpsters. The bedside tables were covered with water marks from glasses (I was able to wipe those clean). The middle of the blanket on the bed had a white dried substance on it. The "deluxe" breakfast was powdered scrambled eggs and anemic, under-cooked sausage. The half-and-half was displayed next to the hot water dispenser making it float on the surface of a cup of coffee. I declined to go in the pool or hot tub as I feared the same kind of neglect of the water quality. At the end of my stay, I found an empty pack of L&Ms in a trash can I had not used. :/

Review 102：The pullout bed had sheets on it from 1967 ((they hadn't been changed in God knows how long))!! I was supposed to have gotten a luxury king suite, only to have gotten a smelly, old room. 3 shabby travel pillows ((on a king bed))! It was just awful.

Review 117：There was a lot of stuff I did not like starting with the staff, the night time gentlemen that works was VERY rude with me and my family, the pool was closed 88% of our time there and we only stayed 2 nights, when I called down to the desk to check on the pool for my 3 yr old son the afternoon lady was utterly rude and hung the phone on me. Some other issues were the breakfast was nasty, cold and nothing I would ever touch. And the room I was absolutely shocked when I arrived from a 6 hour drive, they are not as nice as they look through the pictures. First I was putting clothes away and bugs everywhere in the dresser, second the bed had plywood hanging out from the bed frame and I ran into it cutting my leg open, the bathroom door didn't have a lock and the door wouldn't close, the bed was not made right which concerned me because I questioned if the bed was even made with clean sheets. The floor will turn your feet charcoal black and there was drug dealing going on in the back end of the building.
