Review 1：unfriendly staff, small room, 4 floors without lift, strait stairs, very poor breakfast, bathroom with too many problems: small size, hand soap like public bathroom, with flooding during baths, lavatory tap, toilet seat not in the best condition. awfull wifi.

Review 5：The TV and Wi-Fi signal was erratic, however the owners did go out their way to check the Wi-Fi booster and re-tune the TV

Review 6：The owners went out of their way to help me on my arrival, when an event I`d planned to attend over the weekend (A local motorcycle rally) in town didn`t seem to be under construction when I arrived, however they made a few enquiries to find information on my behalf. Which reassured me all was OK, and thing would be beginning later that day.

Review 8：The staff was really helpfull and kind even when we don't speak Portuguese they really made effort to make sense. The room decoration and facilities were perfect for such a price.
