Review 1：Paying procedures were a bit difficult and nearly put me off from booking all together. But on contacting them personally we managed to find a better solution. There is no shop nearby.
Review 2：Very clean, modern and comfortable. Had everything we needed. The location is fantastic to go for hikes, great Hotels nearby where you can use spa and swimming pool! Definitely saved on parking! Glad we booked it!
Review 3：people at the check-in desk don't know any englisch of Deutsch. The check out info was wrong; booking.com said we could check out from 12 midnight till 10 in the morning, the mail that we've got from the apartment said only not later then 10. When you call them they say they make no mistake, but it is clear they did. You have to sign papers that are in written in the Slowakian language. Because the people can't help you translate you can sign or leave, I personally have a big problem signing something I can't read. The free wifi only worked 1 day (from 5 days) and was very slow.
