Review 3：When I showed up for my check-in the clerk claimed I dis not have any reservation on . I brought her my cellphone with the booking.com confirmation email ... She started to be very upset , she said I saved "only very few bucks" by booking through booking.com , etc, etc ... She charged me for parking despite the fact that I had a free perking resa ( and the last time I was at this facility I wasn't charge for my parking).... very very rude clerk , I even thought she was the manager in duty because other clerks kept silent when she was downloading on me ....

Review 20：when I arrived, the power was out; to compensate, the staff welcomed me to a free drink in the bar (very nice idea). I ordered a Southern Comfort old-fashioned sweet with olives. I've been imbibing this drink for more than fifty years and this was without doubt the worst I have ever had. Also, there were weddings both Friday and Saturday, which made things a bit noisy; however, that is my bad -- I shouldn't have come on a weekend. The breakfast -- $10.00 -- really? Worth about 3.00. I tried to order the steak special through room service on Sunday evening and they were out!

We did place a request on the door for breakfast to be delivered to our room before we went to bed at 11pm, they never grabbed it off the door and by the time we realized we had missed breakfast.

Review 41：My husband and I were in town for the Packers game and had a wonderful stay at the Hyatt. Free airport transportation, convenient walk to bus route to get to Lambeau on game day, 333 Bar/Restaurant had great food, and helpful front desk employees.

Review 42：Having to pay for parking was a definite disadvantage. I have never stayed at a hotel where I had to pay for that. It just felt as though they were trying to get money from anywhere they could. Our shower only heated to a Luke warm temp which made for uncomfortable showers.

Review 56：Everything about this place was amazing! The only thing I didn't like about this place was the privacy of the pool during the after hours adult swim from 10-12. There were too many children disrupting our peace. Also it was a little pricy for my taste but that's understandable due to the quality of the hotel and the service.
