Hotel Alavya sells fast on our site. Situated at the heart of Alacati, stone-built Alavya features traditional Alacati architecture and an outdoor pool with free parasols and sun loungers. It has elegantly decorated rooms with high ceiling and wooden floor. Free Wi-Fi is accessible in all areas.
Air-conditioned rooms of Alavya are equipped with a safe, iron and a TV, among a minibar and coffee machine. Each includes a private bathroom with a shower, hairdryer, slippers and free toiletries.

Review 1：This was off season but they have a wonderful spa but no staff to provide treatments. So this was disappointing as one of the reasons why I like the hotel

Review 3：Very few of the staff speak basic English, some none at all. Some of the rooms are right next to a bar that stays open very late and the music is so loud it impacts your sleep. The cost of the rooms is really high, and for such a price you pay, the rooms are smallish and with the noise, your value for money is not worth it. What we spent for 2 days at Alavya we then spent for 5 days at a less luxurious place that provided us with way more relaxation, comfort and space. Alavya is definitely a luxurious boutique hotel but I think the price you pay is not worth it.

Review 4：The place is extremely well done; amazing building, excellent renovation and attention to detail is amazing. The location is right in the middle of the main street in Alaçati. The breakfast spread is great, the staff is super helpful.

Review 5：I always think boutique hotels with their owners. I haven't seen the owner, stuff is nice but you don't see anyone who owns the experience. Also there were a big problem with next door club. It was so loud till 3am and we could not sleep.

Review 6：Breakfast is delicious, all natural and local stuff. Especially milk-mastic jam and all other jams are really good. Rooms are very detailed.

Review 7：This place is a 20! Extraordinary service and attention to detail. Incredibly quiet and intimate right in the heart of a vibrant village. Ideal location and wonderful layout. Stone rooms are a haven, as are all the courtyards and pool area. One of the best boutique stays in the world :) Would recommend at the highest level to anyone!

Review 8：The hot water in the shower was problematic on three days. When it was available it took about ten mins of running cold water to get warm. There was an intermittent foul smell in the room, probably blowing from the air conditioner. It was unfortunately low season during our stay, many places in the area were closed and the reception was not very helpful when we ask about visiting nearby attractions. They could not tell us very much about the boat ride to the island of Chios and we had to find the ticketing office in Cesme before being told there that the boat did not operate on the day we wanted to visit. We also could not arrange a spa treatment because the therapists were not available during the times we wanted.

Review 9：The restaurant staff at breakfast and room service/ housekeeping staff were very attentive, friendly, genuine and helpful. The decor and furnishings are fabulous, both in room and outside in the facilities. The great music selection in the ipod and sound system increase the pleasant luxurious feel of our stay.
