Reviews for Graduate Athens

Review 1:Some rooms face a main road, which makes them somewhat noisy at times.

Review 2:Very nice rooms, decorated with retro college themes but modern and comfortable. Good bed and bathroom, friendly reception. We only stayed for one night but would definitely recommend this hotel.

Review 3:At night, it was a bit tricky to find even with the several location application I have on my I-6. Several other guests told me the same thing. Departing was a easy. The city is beautiful and I which I had time to walk around. I reminded me of where I hail from - Boston.

Review 4:All was good. Staff felt like family. Room was 5 star. Will be a frequent guest when I visits clients in NW Georgia.

Review 5:The room was a bit muggy despite an operating AC unit. That's about it!

Review 6:The location of this property is perfect for day trips into downtown Athens and surrounding towns. The property was immaculate and had a great hipstery vibe. The room was super-clean and decorated wonderfully!

Review 7:Unique quirky decor, excellent toiletries: Malin and Goetz, wifi that didn't drop streaming video, Keurig stocked for coffee and tea in room, coffee shop/bar on site, room fridge, excellent location

Review 8:We loved the funky vintage decor, free appetizer at the Foundry, and the hotel is in a perfect location! We went to lots of great restaurants, all less than 10 minutes away.

Review 9:guest require a parking permit be displayed, but upon return in the early evening there was limited parking due to people visiting the lounge- poor support of paying customers....there was at least a 2 inch gap between the door and then threshold... Made for some chilly evenings especially for a visit in December

Review 10:Location; unique atmosphere and decor

Review 11:Staff wheeled in a twin bed for our two toddlers to share, pack n play still fit for the baby and 3 year old easily fit in our queen bed with us. Total last minute trip for a Bulldogs game and we managed to pull it off in this clean and roomy suite!

Review 12:The bar will often close for private events, but you are steps away from one of the best downtown scenes, so not a big worry.

Review 13:Great location and a very comfortable room. The decor is pure Athens eclectic but not over done and everything is new and fresh. Enjoyable on every level.

Review 14:The beds were high and comfortable and the pillows were to die for. The staff was very kind and accommodating. There is a beautiful pool surrounded by trees and a great bar/restaurant on the property. We just strolled over and had the best hamburger and great beer. It a few minutes by car you are right downtown with all the shops and cafes.

Review 15:2nd time staying, both times under construction, restaurant was not open. should have alerted upcoming guests to both.

Review 16:location, overall facility is very nice.

Review 17:The ac never got super cold, due to location on the wall. Eventually cooled off, but it was late June. So sleep near the ac. A lot of work going on to upgrade the place so a bit dusty. Spa was closed when we arrived after 7pm.

Review 18:Friendly and helpful staff. Comfy beds and amazing shower. Location is perfectly close to everything in Athens and super quiet for a good sleep. I would stay here again.

Review 19:Pool was main reason we chose this hotel. Pool itself was fine but no shade or towels. What towels available were torn. The pool is an afterthought. That was most disappointing.

Review 20:Breakfast was excellent. Rooms nice but construction made for some Unscheduled water loss. Liked security.

Review 37:Liked the location to downtown Athens. Easy 2-3 block walk.

Review 38:under construction

Review 39:everything

Review 40:Nothing related to my room. Unfortunately, the grits were hard at 8:30 but the variety of breakfast items offered made up for it.

Review 41:I liked the location and over all looks of the establishment. The room was on ground level (easy access to vehicle), spacious along with great sleeping accommodations! The room was clean and it had more amenities in the room than what was mentioned on booking site. The Hoyt house's atmosphere was quite quaint for breakfast. Customer service was most helpful and the location....easy access to Target, TJ Maxx, etc. Oh it helped that check out was noon versus other hotels/motels that had an 11 am or earlier check out.

Review 42:St. Francis event was a dud.

Review 43:I liked the exercise room.

Review 44:I loved the location and the grounds were beautiful.

Review 45:Great location. Character.
