Review 1：very bad experience. Booked 4 room cause was with family & kids. No water in any rooms for shower. Coffee maker was dirty . Hair in bathroom tub. Watch in every room had a wrong time setup. When I complain this to manager he told me I got what I paid for ??? Which I don't think was a right or appropriate answer. I paid what was on their site . Instead of solving the problem he had an attitude .

Review 2：The shower didnt work in the room and we had to shower in a room on another floor! The staff seemed annoyed when told and later returned to ask about the towels because I left my wet towel in the room I took the shower ( counting towels). Smoky smell in stairway to the other floor.

Review 4：Both the staffing and the physical facilities are inadequate for this hotel's volume of business. We encountered multiple problems from the moment we walked in the door. Renovations are badly needed. For example: when busy, the breakfast room is barely functional and could easily be doubled in size.

Review 10：The breakfast was a bit slow to be ready and put out. The space for breakfast was a bit tight and hard to maneuver in once people were in the space . I think a reworking of the layout of that area would be helpful.

Review 11：This was a nice hotel to stay at. it was in a great location, near the highway but not so l close that we were kept awake by traffic. the price was very affordable.

Review 12：Check-in was a pain. The two staff members were clearly overwhelmed. There was a long line of increasingly impatient guests. One guest returned to the front desk after check in to say that his room had not been cleaned. No explanation given by staff. We came close to walking out and finding another hotel.

Review 13：Comfortable, clean, quiet. Great rate. B'fast, for a budget hotel offering, was not bad, and included hot entrees (eggs, sausage). The WiFi was perhaps the fastest I've encountered in a hotel.

Review 21：Super location if you are visiting Dorney Park. (Easy 5-10 minute drive) You will pay twice as much to stay in the hotels closer to the park.

Review 22：There was no iron in the room. Coffee ran out at breakfast . I stood by the front desk to inform the greeter but she was on the phone and did not acknowledge me. I thought that was disrespectful and unprofessional. I left without my morning coffee.

Review 24：There was crusty French fries laying on the box spring of the first room we were in. Dust and dirt on the floor around the night stand. Someone's dusty hat laying on floor next to head board. A/C didn't work.
