Review 1：Shower has very little Water coming out of the shower head... No super sport 3... Fan in the rooms not strong enough

Review 2：When something broke in our place it was fixed right away...

Review 3：Cleaning staff not too worried about taking their job seriously and could be improved. Rooms could have aircons installed considering they are in a hot environment.

Review 4：Location is nice and plenty of activities around the resort with little travelling required

Review 5：Green pools. One of them a rock pool where every night the frogs where by the hundreds! We were told it was swimmable one day and notes were send around by management the next day to confirm the contrary. The place was infested by Mosquitos presumable aggravated by the condition of the pools. The units are without air conditioning and the ceiling fans don't work in the December heat!

Review 6：Size of unit. Clean bedding and towels every second day. Space and condition of grounds. Nice restaurant and pub. With good small but inviting pool. This was a life saver of our holiday.

Review 7：Rooms DO NOT have aircons which makes it uncomfortable, there are No Mosquito nets on windows, so you have to sleep with a fan blowing hot air and lots of mosquitos,bugs & insects buzzing around all night long

Review 12：Electrical problem experienced in the house, specifically in the stove. The pictures of the rented room did not match the actual room -they revelead a isolated house instead of a housing unit in a two story building.

Review 14：Where to start! We booked a 3-bedroom apartment for a week onbooking.com.... At r2000 per night, not cheap so was very excited to besplashing out on staying at a special place! It was our first holidaywith our 2 year old son so the outdoor braai and grassy area shown inthe pictures was very appealing. What went wrong?1. On arrival was given a second floor apartment with narrow balcony only.2. It was really hot and there is no aircon... ok, fair enough, but also no fly screens on windows so it's either close the windows and cook (fans not enough), or be eaten alive!3. The braai and 'outdoor furniture' on the room description is INSIDE!! Firstly, this is not safe!!! Especially travelling with a young child! Also, we couldn't use it in an apartment that was already too hot to bare!4. When i spoke to reception about how the room does not fit the description on booking.com, i was told that they don't have any control over the list of room amenities....that booking.com take the photos they send them and then creates the list based on what they can see in the photos..... this is obviously complete rubbish, and i would advise reception to not treat clients as idiots in the future! It was insulting to be told such rubbish.5. With the heat comes the rains... and the flooded living area.... the rain poured in through the closed balcony doors and windows. So, we went to reception.... the reply? "How many towels would you like?" To which we replied we'd like someone to help us clean it up... to which the reply was she's there alone there's noone to call on so would we like to take her mop and bucket? Soo.... long story short we ended up mopping our living area ourselves... it wasn't a once off either... it happened every time it rained.6. We were so unhappy that i went to reception to demand a different room or a refund for the remaining nights....

Review 16：very hot in cabanas - needs air conditioning. shop could be a bit better equipped - maybe some magazines ? swimming pool in front of shop not very clean. our costumes had to be washed out twice to get smell out - didn't swim in that pool again.

Review 20：Pools were dirty and in my opinion way to small for the amount of rooms that the resort has. The rooms did not have aircons and that is a huge problem as the temperature was at 35 degrees C every day.

Review 25：Too much to write. Staff were at face value polite but often arguing and bickering about things. There was an issue with our cooker not working, a braai that wasn't complete, no patio when we arrived no grace, no fence and brick work and drilling happening the whole time. a complete lack of privacy with workers walking through our outside breakfast area from 8am onward to work on our building and adjoining buildings. Worst holiday Ive had in my life. Do not stay here, there are much better resorts in the area.

Review 29：We felt that pools near slide and rock pool a little grubby. Security guards stood under our window early hours of mornings and spoke on their 2 way radios. We had to ask them more than once to keep quiet.

Review 30：One set of neighbours were loud and played loud music late at night in their car. They also had so many people and children in a small house.

Review 32：1. Disappointed there was a charge for wifi use for a resort of this expense.2. WE OVERLOOKED THAT RECEPTION DID NOT OPEN UNTIL 9.00AM ON A SUNDAY. SINCE A CASH DEPOSIT HAD BEEN DEMANDED ON ARRIVAL, TO BE RECLAIMED ON DEPARTURE, WE HAD NO OPTION BUT TO DELAY OUR START. SEEMED UNNECCESSARY !

Review 34：Paid! Wifi was not well configured. Only available at the reception.At bring and braai nights no a la carte restaurant. This was not in the booklet.

Review 36：Can't get any equipment or games if you arrive after 5 - considering that it's next to Kruger many guests do arrive after 5. You also need to pay extra for many activities. Staff also asked for R600 breakage fee!!!

Review 38：Pity there was no breakfast for those that were not self catering. The price was a little high at R1800 for 4 people for one night self catering without including breakfast or dinner and both kids under 12.

Only a person aged 18 years or older may sign the Guest Registration Card on check-in and must remain in occupation for the entire period.Please note the period from 27 November 2015 until 4 December 2015 is known as "student rage week" therefore noise levels may vary at the resort and in the area. The resort also charges a higher breakage deposit during this time and the resort rules and regulations need to be strictly adhered to.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.A security deposit of R 500 is required upon arrival for incidental charges.
