The gondola lift opposite the Panorama Hotel takes you down to the romantic village of Meiringen and up to the AlpenTower at 2,800 feet above sea level within a few minutes.

Review 1：The bed was a bit small.

Review 2：A few minutes walk from the ski lift and a rental shop. Breakfast was good. The restaurant was good for dinner. The room was clean.

Review 3：Unfriendly staff on 29th, July during checkout. Although getting things done at the end, a little smile on the face wouldn't hurt. Quite expensive in July when skiing is not possible

Review 5：Someone from Bookings. com should contact us and apologize as whoever we spoke to was of no help. We were stranded late in the afternoon in the Swiss Alps under snow and we had booked six months ago. Surely you won't send anyone else to this place, check your records. The experience also proved quite costly

Review 6：Wi-Fi was only available in the lobby or library. Unless one craves a long uphill walk, the hotel can only be reached by bus or gondola.

Review 7：The hotel has wonderful views, though it is located right below the gondola from Meiringen. Nice restaurant, extremely cheerful and friendly wait staff. Away from the din of Meiringen. Convenient to mountain hikes.

Review 8：The cost for indoor parking, The cost for the diner. The menu as well as prices "à la carte" are not justified. The kind of prices you'd expect to pay in a nice restaurant, for sofisticated food..... No diner service after 08:00pm

Review 26：The room was spacious. Our room had a nice balcony which can serve as a great fridge during winter! Ski rental shop was right next door. Sauna was a nice bonus. The dinner buffet was very generous. Staff was very flexible and accommodating. The entertainment for the kids in the Kids Club was really very much enjoyed by our kids, and by us, as the kids could eat with their peers, paint faces. The coordinator even took care about the special diets of our kids.

Review 28：location is perfect, in the opposite of cable station of Reuti, very convenient for skier and tourists. The hotel is really cozy, stuffs are friendly and efficient, rooms are clean and comfortable, also fantastic mountain view for each rooms.

Review 29：We accidentally chose this ski resort hotel, outside the ski season. We were the only guests along with one Swiss couple that also made the mistake from the map. The next morning we spoke to the manager, whom was aggressive and demeaning, should not be dealing with the public. He would not let us cancel the 2nd night we were forced to stay, even though our appointments were an hour away. We dined with friends that spoke about the impending snow storm. We drove back in a blizzard and thankfully arrived. The next morning my wife spoke to the manager, whom was belligerent, loutish and insulting. My wife broke into tears while trying to explain our position. He told us to leave his hotel, thankfully we were able to find chains for our summer tire car to drive on the snow and ice from the storm. I believe this lout knew about the storm, after all his business depends on it. We made it safely but this hotel is closer to a youth hostile 5 chf for 30 minutes of internet 2 TV channels, fuzzy 2nd day breakfast left overs Manager, whom perhaps more suited as a prison warden. The staff was nice and unfortunately condemned to work for a poor manager.

Review 37：Hotel Viktoria Reuti Hasiberg is across the street from the cable car station. The cable car goes right above our room's porch. Quite a spectacle. The room is clean and reasonably spacious. The room's price rate seems lower than the average swiss rate. The restaurant provided us with a good breakfast (included in the room rate) and we also had a partial dinner which we enjoyed. The restaurant service crew were polite, friendly and helpful, so we managed to eat with our kid successfully (with some food from "home").

Review 38：The staff are bad with guests (specially the manager), and Reception closed at 10 pm. Internet Free only in the lobby and in the rooms for money. the breakfast is acceptable. beds are singles not double.

Review 42：- due to my fault (arriving late from a hike on Jungfrau) we got to the hotel at 22:40, i.e. 40 minutes beyond the check-in time as advised on booking.com. The hotel was locked and nobody was accessible...Luckily some returning guests of the hotel coming back from a late night walk were kind enough to let me in the lobby and I have found a key to my room with papers on my name on the vacant reception desk... Stressful experience. So here goes the advice - do not be late, otherwise you could spend night just on the doorsteps of the hotel. There is really no late check-in...

Review 43：We stayed one night only. The room was spacious, had separated space for parents and children. It was nice to see the "welcome bottle of water" on the desk in the room and candies on pillows. We had a very nice view on the mountains.

Review 46：Location is off , have to drive on hill each time to visit city. Please do not go for Room number 1,2,3 of any floor as cable car just comes in front and disturbs the privacy and its noisy. No bed sheets unless asked for. There is construction work going on............just beside hotel.

Review 49：The booking website says that the hotel is 1 mile from Meirengen. This is by cable car. It is 18 miles by car and the directions on the website are poor.

Review 50：The view from the rooms patio was superb. We could see the Reickenbach falls. The food was also excellent and relatively good value. We will stay again. It is close to cable cars to the Alpen Tower and of course to Meirengen. The hotel does have good parking once you get there.

This worked very well - the buses and lifts are convenient and regular. Quiet, even if there are large parties in the hotel. The location was ideal for our requirements.

Review 64：We had a Driver with us ( he was a Srilankan), unfortunately he did nothave a booking. Though we were checked in at 1:30am by a very politeperson. But our driver was humiliated by another staff, I do notremember his name but he was tall and Bald. I felt bad for the driver.This is not done. The rooms were very good size but dim. Light could bemore. The light at the enterence of the room was not working. My roomwas booked for 4 but we had to call for Towels and the bed for mychildren was never turned down.

Review 65：Over all the staff were very friendly, we reached the hotel at 1:30am(late night) and we were lucky that we could check in with a staff witha smiling face. The view from the room was very very good. The roomitself was a very good size.

Review 66：5 start super landscape view. Just facing the snow mountains and a waterfall. We had a really sweet sleep looking out at those snow mountains,hearing the water chattering . Super breakfast and the restaurant isgood and in fair price.Will definitely come back for vacation! This isthe best hotel we've stayed in our Switzerland trip.

Review 74：Extremely clean, peaceful, nice and modern (but tasteful) hotel. Simple hghly efficient restaurant. Perfectly located for the mountain and ski area of Hasliberg, fantastic panorama of the high alps, Wetterhorn and Eiger. The Cable car from Meiringen passes right by the hotel but does not disturb and is quite a spectacle as it passes by. There is ample parking which seemed to be included in the room price.
