Review 1：That we couldn't have stayed longer!!
Review 2：Loved the whole vibe of this place! Not fancy but the little touches made it so pleasurable. A cup and free drinks, breakfast. The grounds were beautiful.

Review 7：Took forever to get checked in due to them not booking per my request to have 2 rooms next to each other. Apparently if someone extends their stay, they get to stay in that room and this forces new reservations to get shuffled and moved to fit the hotel's occupancy choice, not your choice/requests! Door(s) into room have gaps between door jamb/loose fitting, sink and tub drains are stopped up/ slow draining. Breakfast is less than continental if there is any left to eat (instant eggs too!) and the kolaches had sausage removed from them and the bread was left by those who removed them! OJ ran out both mornings! Dog poop is not being picked up by their owners and is being tracked onto sidewalks! Those who bring children don't make their kids behave, be quiet or have respect for other adults.

Review 9：To sit on the toilet you had to sit at an angle because the toilet was RIGHT NEXT to the wall and the toilet paper dispenser was on the same wall so it was impossible to sit directly on the toilet. The breakfast was very good, but there was not enough room for people to sit and eat. It was time for a renovation on the room. There was not 1 comfortable chair to sit and read in. All the chairs were straight back table chairs that had no upholstery on the backs.

Review 11：Located within walking distance of downtown, yet surrounded by a creek with a country feeling. The pictures were exactly as it is . . . hot tub, two pools, outdoor TV and fireplace and an outdoor sitting area around a water feature. Delicious cookies and coffee were available when we checked in. Staff very friendly . . . looking forward to our next stay there.
Review 12：The shower and bathroom area had mold around the ceilings and the water pressure was nil to nothing when showers were taken in the morning. The bed was far from comfortable and the value for the money spent was no where near what I would've expected of what was paid for the room.

Review 20：Loud banging sounds all night! We found out in the morning they placed us BETWEEN laundry rooms! The inn was not at full compacity there was no reason the place us there!!

Review 39：We have stayed there many times before and have always had very nicerooms. Normally suites. This time we had to stay in a very old uncleandisappointing room. We also had two room reservations for another coupleand their room was just as bad. Our room was 147. We normally stay inrooms 113-105. Because of a celebrity (even though we've had thesereservations for months) and we are repeat customers we get over chargedfor this room not a suite and the shape it was in....the one timecelebrity and crew got the nice rooms and suites. We also have 4 roomsreservations for New Years...for 4 rooms with theres getting ready tomake additional eserations. If we get stuck in these old dingy roomsagain we will not come back. When I complained the employee at the frontdesk said "sorry - we have the Lambert crew here and they have thenicer rooms"...then they said I've never even seen those rooms.I asked if we coud request these these other rooms/suites that wehave got the times before and they said they would mae a niote. We willsee how this turns out! If it's bad we will take our business andour friends business elsewhere.

Review 42：The BBQ should not be a reserved amenity but simply used on a first-come, first serve basis...shared. Perhaps get a second smaller one for people just doing charcoal fires instead of the larger one. It's a shame to drive several hours with food and plans to eat bbq and arrive to find that it has been reserved and there are no other grills to use. Get more grills please (like a start park has those simple ones).

Review 50：The front desk employee, Dardra, was rude with no good customer skills. There was no TV service at all during our stay. The cable company did not connect new TVs or made ready for customers. They did not have our room ready for check in until after 5 pm.
Review 51：That Tim Geren, Account Manager, resolved our issue regarding the front desk employee and dissatisfaction with long after 5 pm checkin. He was very helpful, courteous and professional about resolving the problems. He gave us their promotional discount rate for that night.

Review 54：Worn out towels, pillows, and sheets. Inadequate air conditioner, and shower plumbing is poor condition. The entire room seemed poorly cleaned. The bathroom had layers of grime. The outdoor dining facility was not wiped down from pollen. For the price, this was awful.

They offered everything from waffles to just cereal. We ate breakfast outside on the patio which was so pretty. I will definitely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone going to Fredricksburg!
Review 64：I loved the location of this hotel!! It was perfect we ended up walking everywhere we needed to go! The pool was amazing and the biggest thing was they had a TV outside on the patio by the pool. We were able to watch our aggies, drink beer, and lounge in the pool.

Review 72：Not clean at all. Toilet, shower, and sink had black hairs on them. Sinkalso had toothpaste gunk on the faucet. Capet was so dirty it left ourfeet black. Some of this I would expect at a hotel but not onethat's $213 a night! The place is so deceiving compared to thepictures online.

We opted to stay in the one provided because we were afraid another would be worse. Location was not an easy walk to the "sites". It was on one end of downtown away from main buildings and events.

Called to the front desk and he came and took care of it and we had no more issues with housekeeping after that. Kitchen area is cramped. Bed was a little too firm for our liking. Parking was a major issue. especially on the weekend!

The manager gave me the key to a room that was already being occupied, and let's just say it was quite embarrassing to walk in on a dude as he was getting dressed! Hey, mishaps do happen. We both laughed it off. The place needs a facelift as I noticed it looking older since the last time I was there (about five years ago).
Review 122：I've stayed here before mainly because of the location, and the dual pools. The price isn't bad either. They had a very good breakfast with enough options for being "free." The staff was friendly and helpful. If and when I return to Fredericksburg, we'll for sure stay again.

But the worst thing was the rude& inconsiderate extremely loud partying of the owner and theirguests for both the nights we were there. We complained the first nightto no avail and again the next morning. We were told we could fill out areview, but were not offered a room further away from the common area.We got very little sleep because it lasted until 1:30-2:00am. Not apleasant stay at all.
