Review 1：We were celebrating our 50th wedding anniversary and were upgraded to a beautiful suite with a view of the lake. Also complimentary wine and chocolate strawberries awaited us on our arrival along with fresh flowers.

Review 2：The hall, stairway & room carpets are in need of being replaced. The style of the furnishings etc are in keeping with an older property, maybe that's okay, but for the price, I would have expected things to be more updated.

Review 7：The location of Geneva on the Lake is great. The staff that we encountered were very nice and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable.

Review 8：Stayed in the townhouse which was clean. Downstairs too cool, upstairs too warm. The furnace needed maintenance- very noisy and we noticed the repair truck was there as soon as we checked out.
