Review 1：The noise from the Clubs in the marina until 4 am was a problem, but understand that this will not happen next year. Also the servicing of the rooms should be supervised as there was no consistency, e.g. waste bins not emptied, no toilet paper, surfaces not wiped, etc.

Review 2：The location and style of hotel was delightful and most of the staff were very helpful and friendly. We were made to feel very welcome and the breakfast was wonderful. I was an excellent introduction to Alacati on our first visit.

Review 3：3-4 open air nightclubs blasting music 30 metres away from the hotel. This isn't mentioned in the description of the hotel, or of its location. Impossible to sleep until 5am.

Review 5：If you want to be able to sleep, don't book the hotel, because the clubs just across are playing so loud until 5 am in the morning. Although I liked the hotel very much, I won't go there back, especially during peak season.

Review 8：The hotel was situated perfectly, close to the surfing clubs. We are vegan and the staff went out of their way to give us the perfect breakfast. Also we came with our 7 months old baby boy and every time we were at breakfast they watched him fir us so we could eat peacefully!!

Review 9：Really beautiful hotel and amazing sea-view from the balcony. The location is great, so close to surf stations and easy walking distance to Alacati. The staff were very helpful and friendly and the decor and finish was nice and refreshing. The breakfast on the terrace was wonderful. We really enjoyed our stay in this hotel! Definitely recommend a stay there.

Review 11：İsmet tek kişilik dev kadro gibiydi. Ben kalırken başka kimsenin olmaması, İsmet'in kahve, limonata ve pancake hediyeleri resmen şımarttı beni. Özellikle kahvaltı inanılmazdı!

Review 12：Sadly the noise of a disco in the Marina started at 11pm every night which meant we had to sleep with our french doors closed and aircon on. This must be a blight for all hotels in the area. However, we cannot fault the very helpful staff, who kindly upgraded us to a suite room on arrival, with no charge, as the noise was less intrusive on ground floor.

Review 13：The staff were lovely and our two weeks were very relaxing. We had a lovely suite room which was spacious and comfortable. We enjoyed having breakfast in our room which made our stay even more lazy! We could see if there was enough wind for windsurfing without leaving our sunbeds!

Review 14：I think cosy little place has the best location in Alacati windsurf beach on top of a hill overlooking the bay. The other places are getting squeezed as the new marina complex seems to be spreading on the northern shore around the marina. Very hearty and kind owner and staff and lovely breakfasts!!!!

Review 15：Near the hotel there is a night club that plays loud music till late, so it is difficult to sleep with open windows. Internet does not work very well inside the room. Still, we enjoyed very much our stay in this hotel.

Review 22：It is a lovely hotel, perfectly located very close to the surf schools and the beaches. The rooms are clean and comfortable with beautiful sea view. You can enjoy the pool while watching the surfers and yatchs. The owner of the hotel, Figen, is a great cook, who is an expert on Eagean cusine. Especially the breakfast is very delicious with local and organic cheese, eggs and vegetables. All the staff is really helpfull and nice. Looking forward for my next stay in Katre Hotel.

Review 23：We loved this place and its peaceful spirit. The hotel is located perfectly if you are up for surfing as it is just 5-minutes bike ride away from the local surfing spots (the hotel offers bikes free of charge). On the other hand it is quite a drive away from Alacati town center, but for us it was perfect as we preferred staying close to the beach. The room was clean, comfortable, nicely designed and had a lovely bay view (though the bathroom could have been bigger, but that’s about the only downside). Katre shows you a true meaning of an owner-operated hotel. The owner was always there if we needed anything offering valuable advice and local insight. We had a feeling that we were treated more like friends than just another couple of guests. The food was fantastic! As the owner is a professional cook, every day we were treated to a delicious breakfast consisting of local organic specialties. It is also worth trying an evening meal - our main regret is that we only did this once, as it was delightful (seconds are availabe at no extra fee). All meals are served on a lovely veranda/terrace overlooking the bay. It’s a perfect place for enjoying a cup of morning Turkish coffee or a glass (or two) of local white wine in the evening or just sitting there and enjoying the splendid view and atmosphere. We will definitely come back to Katre before long !

Review 25：Just perfect... Best food, best service, good price, clean, quite, near to the seaside, clean pool, nicely decorated rooms, organic meals, friendly, homelike... Must go..

Review 26：This hotel is a real delight. It has been thoughtfully designed for the comfort and relaxation of the guests. It has fabulous location overlooking to Cesme Harbors. You can watch surfers and yachts while sunbathing by the pool. They have three kinds of rooms, High sealing roof top rooms with a balcony, standard rooms and poolside rooms. They upgrade my room to roof top ones. Comfortable beds, even you can ask for the salt lamp for better sleep. Turkish pastry is available at breakfast, local and selective cheese, vegetables, meets from all over the Turkey. Organic eggs were hit of the breakfast. If you have problem with gluten, or diabetics feel free to ask gluten free foods and jams without sugar … (I tried both and it was delicious.) Owner of the Hotel Figen, is a cook, and it explains the perfect taste. The weather was perfect either. At night we spent good time on the garden while having our drinks and listening the Adele’s beautiful sound. Everything about this hotel was perfect…

Review 28：Home away from home. We spent 4 nights at the Katre hotel and we really enjoyed the hospitality from Zeynep and Serdar. The rooms are nice and clean, nice leaving room (Lobby), beautiful view of Alacati Marina and the sea. Close to the beach. Breakfast was great with home made bread and local specialties. Great place to relax. Very pet friendly people.
