Review 1：I would like to see more flexibility at the restaurant. In more than one occasion, there was no waiter in sight.

Review 2：Beautiful garden and poolside. The resort is full of life and fun things to do. The room was comfortable and peaceful and the workers are very friendly.

Review 3：The standard of the hotel room is poor. However the chalets are quite nice. The hotel rooms need to be mordenised and change tv and clean carpets.

Review 5：The towels are very old and bring the rate of the hotel down. The night we spent there was no electricity, our room was the only one that the emergency lights did not work. When I phoned reception for a candle, they told me that I had to go to the reception to collect the candle. I think it was ridiculous. I also think the hotel justifies having a generator. The rooms also need fridges. The staff are not keen to bring stuff to the rooms. Both room service was told to collect at the restaurant and also the candle

Review 7：Has a very big pool that is divided into three. Alteast one should be heated. There should be a braa8 area for hotel residents The bath curtain should be replaced with a glass panel so that the water doesnt leak through and would make it look very upmarket

We were only there for two nights so we didn't get to explore the resort and use the facilities as much as we would have liked to. Review 45：Very bad administration. Made a big mess with our booking. Booked two chalets which were cancelled 4 weeks before our holiday was due. Overbooking by resort. After big argument got one chalet and one hotel room. On arival we had to carry our own luggage to our rooms. We paid for a buffet breakfast included at R95 per person only to find out that no buffet breakfast would be served. Did not notify us that they do not accept Diners Club cards which caused a huge problem with our payment. Resort was short staffed. Service at swimming pool was extremly poor. Reported faulty Tv and aircon but it was not fixed for the whole duration of our stay.

Review 47：Confirmation of bookings with provision of incorrect information. we were advised when we booked that the place is 3 bedroomed, and they catered for a special request of an 11 year old child, and when we arrived we were presented with only a 2 bedroomed place, not able to accommodate all the occupants. This is unacceptable, please provide your clients with honest confirmations and be clear, specific where you are unable to accommodate people.

Review 48：Restaurant food very poor! Chalet not clean on arrival - second option given also not properly prepared. Had to wait in the road with two small kids at night while staff ran around to prep chalet - very uncomfortable! This place will not see us again - also would not advise friends/family to stay there! Very sorry about this - we were excited about our stay there - unfortunately it went very wrong! Got half my money back - but would rather pay full and receive 100% satisfaction...
