Review 1：The room were missing lights. The wall sockets were broken and unsafe. The toilet hardly flushed. The hotel advertised a heated pool but it was NOT heated.

Review 3：I have filed 2 complaints about this hotel after having to stay therefor 3 nights due to unavailability anywhere else in Albuquerque becauseof the balloon festival. This hotel is in an area that locals referredto as the war zone. This area is high in homeless and prostitution anddrug deals. We were warned to be locked safely in our room after darkand not to go out by ourselves. The pool was under repair. We wereunable to get quality sleep for any of the 3 nights we were there, letalone that we feared for our safety constantly. The noise from busystreet kept us up all night. 10 yr old boy checked us out because motherwas unbelievable. I beg you to remove this hotel from any of yourlistings so that future customers do not stay there! This is not a safeneighborhood!!
Review 4：This is not a safe neighborhood! Locals refer to it as the war zone. Ihave to admit the room was clean, but will never stay there or in thatarea again.
Review 5：Pillows were a little too soft and wimpy. Not very good grade of complimentary soaps, prefer anything else. "Breakfast" was just a few small muffins, and there wasn't anything to drink. There was a coffee maker, but no coffee was made. Didn't even bother to try to eat there, it wasn't worth the effort.
Review 6：Room was spacious and bed was reasonably comfortable. Towels in bathroom were a decent size and softness to be comfortable. WiFi connection was decent. Decent refrigerator and microwave in room. Linens were all in decent condition. Pool looked clean and in decent repair, but didn't have a suit, so didn't go in. There were others using it and they seemed to be enjoying it.
Review 7：Poor house keeping, one room had dead cockroaches , no lighting, no privacy people knocking on our doors, our beds and rooms did not get cleaned

Review 9：The staff here was not overly friendly, and not particularly helpful. Nobody here seems to see a need in signage. No signs about parking space restrictions, no signs about where amenities might be found (ice machine?). I had to out of my way to find out the WiFi password. No channel guides and even the phones were not marked with instructions on what numbers to dial, hotel address, or any of the basic hotel issues.
Review 10：Room was decent size, and in reasonable repair. Cleanliness was marginal. Tub and sink seemed clean, but toilet had scale buildup and carpets are overdue for cleaning.

Review 13：First of all the hotel is in a pretty rundown part of town. Then when we got there, the driveway and office was covered in police tape. There was only 3 cars in the lot and it looked condemned or at least not open. My husband drove around thru a back alley to get in. There was a used shower cap hanging in the bathroom with hair dye on it and the bathroom floor was pulled up. When we booked it said we can request up to 2 extra beds but the front desk guy told us no extra beds would fit. We slept 6 people (3 per bed) in one room.
Review 14：The toilet was such a "low flush" toilet that it clogged with just barely any TP and I had to get a plunger and fix it myself. I have NEVER had that happen anywhere in my life and I have traveled the world - Africa, UK, Figi....
Review 15：Didn't like location! Motel is out of date! Didn't have any towels. The room we stayed in had holes in the wall, blankets had cigarette holes and carpet was falling apart! Bathroom was small and dirty! Well not be staying there again!
Review 16：Price.... Thought it was a little pricey. Pool area needs to be deep cleaned, walls were very dirty. Location of the place was a little uncomfortable, maybe if the area was fenced off it would be a little better.

Review 18：I have seen bad reviews of this place, but I didn't think it was bad at all. The place was clean; I was comfortable. Yes, there were no cups in the room. In the lobby there are cups. There was coffee in the morning in the lobby. I pretty much just went there to sleep, and it was great for that! There is an indoor pool, apparently.
Review 19：I was a bit nervous being a solo female traveler because the neighborhood wasn't the best, but other than that, the experience was good.
Review 20：The room was neat but could have had the baseboards vacuumed a bit. It was quiet, even though it was on a busy street. Slept well.
Review 21：When i first checked in the clerk asked for my ID & credit card i was fine with that then i couldn't use my credit card because it didn't have my full name on it(but it was the same card i used to book the dump)so i ended up paying a $50 deposit. So i finally get in the room & it looked clean till i took another look around, no doorknob on the bathroom door,dead & live roaches in the bathroom, so i decided to take a swim NOT....more dead flies & roaches in the pool.Don't waste your time or money on this dump

Review 28：Central does have a lot of activity at night. Prostuties out on the street, police cars, etc. Stay inside at night is what I recomend unless you want to see the nightlife of downtown albq.

Review 54：Within 15 minutes of arriving, someone keyed my new truck. There were teenage boys outside drinking beer and staring and smirking at us when we walked by. Came out no more than 15 minutes and truck was damaged. Went to the office where the worker said he couldn't do anything. Now I have to pay a deductible to get my truck fixed.
Review 55：The employees do not give you all the information that is needed to rent. We booked our room and traveled 3 hrs with small children to find out that I had to 21 to rent. No where does it say on your website and at no time when I called did the employee inform me of this. When I called to complain the next day the employee was rude. I will not recommend your hotel and will never stay there. I do travel a lot with business as well as with my family and we or anyone that will listen will be told about my experience and will not stay there ever.
