Review 1：Outdated. Was fine for a night but I would probably stay elsewhere if I was extending my stay.
Review 2：Cleanliness, the staff was accommodating with our late night appearance!
Review 3：All over shabby appearance. Blankets were stained, carpet was burned, holes in the walls. Things just seemed gross and needed updating desperately. I didn't even want to walk around barefooted. Very confused why the place was rated so highly.
Review 4：Initially we were attracted by the price, but once we got there it wasn't worth the $77 we paid.
Review 5：Don't expect much from the complimentary 'breakfast'- out of date yogurt and at 8 AM there was one pastry. Went back a half hour later and empty. Had to ask for an extra towel as for four people there was only two towels. Staff wasn't very friendly.

Review 10：Manager friendly and immediately did my check-in even though I was hours early. Also, it was quiet. It is only 30 units or less.
Review 11：The website did not explain the check in time (2pm), or the fact that we could ONLY pay by certain credit cards such as a MasterCard, no visa or cash. We had to wait several hours to check in to our reserved room since we arrived at 6 am even though there were vacancies. The attitude of the staff in general was unpleasant. My husband couldn't check us in to our room while I was away with family for the evening, even though he had proof of being my spouse and had to wait a few more hours for me to arrive. They wouldn't let him check in without my ID and credit card, but he had my debit card and cash on hand. Once we were both able to speak to the man in charge we were told that if we used a credit card, it would be charged $400 until the next day when we checked out. Overall, just a very unpleasant experience.

Review 14：I was very pleasantly surprised at how well kept this facility has been maintained. For an older Motel the rooms were in excellent conditions. They were better than some of the newer motels I stayed at in the past. Very clean rooms and grounds and the Motel staff was very pleasant and accommodating. I highly recommend this motel to travelers who are looking for a quiet location to relax after a busy day.
Review 15：Drama and yelling in parking lot from visitors to another room. The facility is very, very old. Needs a facelift. The breakfast was non-existent. The manager offered to go in the back and get me an apple. Otherwise, there was only juice, milk and yogurt.

Review 19：The overall condition of the room was a little run down. However, it was very inexpensive so I probably got what I paid for. For some, like a couple of kids staying a few doors down, it was fine. Traveling with family, not so great.

Review 22：The check in was quick and smooth. Flatscreen with cable was nice. The landscaping was kempt and pretty. Plenty of parking. Make sure to check out the trashy bar across the street. It looks frightening from the outside but the bartender was great, patio was super nice and they have a cute cat out back!

The room had good wifi, good TV, nice warm shower with good pressure, hair drier, full length mirror. Couldn't hear road noise, so a great sleep. Great value for the price.

Lodging should know that an insintive to get travelers out earlier (to empty/clean rooms) is to provide breakfast early in the morning.

Review 42：Very high cost for an old, never been updated, extremely small room. Advertised continental breakfast but I saw nothing more than coffee and a few, mostly empty cereal dispensers. Went to Burger King instead. The absence of even a token breakfast makes the price even more absurd. And, when I went to check out breakfast and check out, there was no one there. Stayed the next night at a LQ inn in Bakersfield CA for less money and it was really nice. Bestway is definitely a cash cow for somebody, just not the occupants. BTW, the LQ inn in Grants Pass was full or I never would have been at Bestway, and surprise, surprise, I never will again.

Review 128：the hotel was quite a way from the highway. the room lacked a coffee pot. there was no one at the front desk as the office was closed, dark and locked all night and didn't open until 7am so never got the breakfast- not great for travelers who need to be on their way. The hair dryer was broken (lucky I brought my own.) I didn't really feel safe at this motel with no one on the property.
