Review 1：Signage around the hotel almost non - existent made finding our way around very difficult . Quality of meal in the restaurant was very disappointing although staff were very pleasant.

Review 9：The staff at reception were not friendly at all and when we asked them any casino related questions they seemed to know nothing and referred us to the casino. I have some problems with mobility which unfortunately means I walk with a cane and I found the facilities inadequate. I was shouted at, berated and publically humiliated by one of the acting general managers at the casino because I tried to take a little "shortcut" as I was extremely tired and in danger of falling over.
