Walls were dirty, the bathtub drain was not working. -the breakfast was terrible.Coffee machine broken all the time, the food was very poor and not enough for all the guys (you had to wait up to 10 minutes till the refill of the plates), the milk tasted bad, the hotdogs were cold. -location is in the middle of a field

The ladies at the reception desk were very friendly and helpful. We also enjoyed the free half-day ticket to Nessebar aqua park, provided by the hotel.
