Review 1：I can't find one thing I didn't like.

Review 2：Room very comfortable, hotel very clean, staff super nice and helpful, food was excellent, and parking safe.

Review 3：Evening snacks and breakfast, all staff were friendly and seemed to like their jobs. Rooms were very clean and bath had shampoo dispenser which is to me, environmentally friendly.

Review 5：The location of our room. The freeway traffic was very disruptive to sleep. We were very disappointed at the room location as we had made reservations at least 5 months prior to our arrival.

Review 14：We needed to change rooms soon after our arrival, and Gabriella worked it out for us very efficiently and cheerfully. She also arranged for our ice packs for our cooler to be stored overnight in their freezer, since our room mini-refrigerator had no freezer. We were very pleased with this excellent customer service!

Review 17：The pool are was just disgusting. When we pointed this out to a member of staff, we were told it was hair shampoo in the spar bath. We are not idiots, the whole pool was covered in white foam and the edge of the pool was coated with long term scum.

Review 19：This was our first time booking with this hotel chain. It was a very good experience overall. The booking came with financial perks such as free breakfast, free cocktail with a light dinner available. The hotel Manager, BJ Dunn and Staff, Angie made every effort to give excellent customer service. Two hotel accommodations which Drury Inn provided were a comfortable bed and a shower head which provides a relaxing experience.

Review 20：The fact that there was pet hair all over the hallways. If you're going to be pet friendly, then you should have someone vacuuming throughout the day. It affects people's allergies. Breakfast should have different options every day.

Review 24：We had gone out fot the day and returned around 3:30 and found that the room had not been cleaned. The house keeping staff did not show up until about an hour later. In their defense, I believe there was a large group that had stayed at the hotel the night before.

Review 35：This place was simply amazing. Best staff, free drinks, free food, free Wi-Fi ,free breakfast, pool, hot tub, super comfy beds. My room even had a terrace that I could sit and look at the sunset behind the mountains. Again I say, this is the best hotel stay I've ever had anywhere.

Review 36：The hotel was in noisy part of the city, right next to I-25, which made it easy to get on the road the next morning, but there were an awful lot of noisy drivers in the middle of the night. Also there was a high pitched noise that sounded like a room alarm that was screeching most of the night.

Review 38：The swimming pool was not heated....if you have small children or, any children who like to swim don't stzy here. The pool was like swimming in the North Pole, no heat. The room was heated, no air conditioning. When asked about it we were told turn it off and wait five minutes... After the third attempt they promised to look at it the next day.... Stay away!

Hours should be later for travellers, very difficult to arrive much before 7 and get in a full day of travel. Carpeting in this facility and the inn at Overland Park had filthy stains in the room.

He was unable to have the surgery and when I called one of the 1-800 numbers they were more than helpful in helping me get my money back from the 3rd party company that I had booked through. At that point I knew if I had any future stays in a hotel it would be with Drury Inn and Suites. Customer service is very important

Review 51：For my last three stays, the air conditioning did not work in the rooms. I mentioned it to a manager and he said he would look into it. Nothing was done, and I could not sleep due to the hot temperature in the room. I stay at the Drury Inn once a month.

Review 54：Drury Inn & Suites has consistently provided a welcoming stay on our journeys from Chicago to Arizona. They are pet friendly which is important to us since we travel with two senior Goldens. Their location is a short distance from the expressway and there are local stores available if you need to pick something up. Staff is friendly and helpful.

Review 55：Drury Inns are always clean and the employees are always friendly and this one was no exception. For the Balloon Fiesta, we could see the balloons from the hotel even though they didn't rise as much as they have in previous years.

Review 61：My first impressions of the hotel were very good, however my second day in was very displeasing. I was half way through my shower and the water system went off in out entire room! My brother went down and the receptionist informed us they were doing general maintenance and that the water had to be turned off for 15 minutes. There was no prior warning of this. We waited half an hour and still no water, we made a phone call down and she said a few more minutes. An hour later.. I was fuming and had to get dressed and go down myself to ask what was happening. Very bad service, they were fobbing us off with the length of time it was off. Was not impressed at all. They just apologised and offered nothing for the inconvenience. This changes my opinion of the hotel and my experience there.
