Review 1：front desk had one computer giving issues and it did slow processing of check-ins and check outs. Staff was very apologetic and trying their best!!

Review 3：They just sold the property early in the week and closed the hot tub. That was the main reason I selected them was the price plus hot tub. The person who registered me somehow did it incorrectly and I was considered a "no show" when I was checking out. The wifi login was not what was posted in the room, yet another transition issue.
Review 4：Too much chlorine in swimming pool! Online it stated a hot tub but it was removed! Breakfast could use a little more variety but it was free. Needed to use shuttle bus to take my mother out for dinner because not familiar with area and was tired from long drive but was told it was not available! Very disappointed.

Review 9：We waited for the elevator on the third floor, along with a housekeeper and her cleaning unit. When it arrived, she entered without acknowledging us at all. And we were left to wait for the next elevator. Poor manners. Also, the elevator was finicky - wouldn't move up to third floor without first tricking it to go to second floor. No soap in bathroom.

Review 11：The room had a sour/mildew odor the toilet back-up...the Jacuzzi wasn't working. We always select Hotels that offer Breakfast, pool/jacuzzi along with double queen beds.

At check out that price had not been honored and there was no manager to fix it and was told to call the next morning. I had to call back 3 times and threatened to challenge the charge with the credit card company to get them to honor the quoted price.

Review 23：There was black stuff all over the room from the air conditioning unit in the room. there was mold growing in the bathroom and the bathroom walls looked dirty. The hot tub did not work. There was a musky odor in the room. Staff was nice. Breakfast was just OK. The beds were hard. It was very noisy and difficult to sleep. I would not recommend this facility to anyone and I will not be staying here again.

Review 27：There was no kitchen facility, except for the microwave, which is nice, and the TV cable albeit plentiful in channels was not HD Comcast, just analog low fidelity channels but on a decent LG tv that could be picture/sound adjusted correctly with the remote and had a USB port to power up an iPhone, but no cable provided to make use of it as a computer screen, although it swivel-rotates making it possible to do so from the desk. I did not like having my entry card expire on the first 2 nights of my 4 night stay, and ultimately one card be unreliable even after repeated reauthenticating of it. I wish there was a late food option inside the hotel, even if only through a Japan-style vending machine. I also wish the housekeeping would take a cue from my use of shampoo and soap only, and perhaps provide more vials of shampoo and not bother with the conditioner, make up remover, and so one on replenishment. (But on the whole I have high marks for housekeeping.)
Review 28：ease of entry as the side door and its affiliated parking area were just outside the room assigned to me. I loved that I could open the window, and I loved that the window looked out on the back of the hotel which presented a very private wooded view. Excellent. Room 101 is obviously the one to gun for. ;) I am also appreciative of the modest priced charged per night under my Booking.com booking. Checkout and checkin were unproblematic and swift. I really appreciated the microwave and the fairly sizable refrigerator with its separate freezer compartment door. Very nice! And I have high marks for housekeeping.
Review 29：Bath room exhaust fan doesn't work. Breakfast time was 6am to 9:30am I arrived in the breakfast area 10 minutes b4 they close but the cleaning lady was there to clean the tables and counter tops as soon as I got there she left the cleaning bucket full of soap and cloth on the food counter the same lady was receptionist as well.

Review 31：The manager lies to me. She stood in my face and tell me that i don't know the different between a bed bug and a water bug. I was bitten several time in the neck and in my arm. She told me that she was going to spray the room. But the maid had already clean the room. And I believe that she did not inform the maid. I even think that the room never got spray. My bill suppose fix the my bill. And so far that not even done.

Review 39：The hot tub was out of order, which was very disappointing, as we were looking forward to soaking in the hot tub. The bed I had was VERY HARD, and I didn't sleep well at all. My sister said her bed was softer, and comfortable, and she did sleep well however. So at least one of us slept. Also they are a bit heavy on the carpet powder. A bit overwhelming for me as I have Asthma. So they should lighten up on that a bit for people with breathing issues. But overall, our stay was good. I'd stay again!
Review 40：The staff was friendly, and very helpful. We loved the well-kept lawns, flowers, gazebo, and pond. Very pretty. The room was very clean, and had everything we needed for our stay. Air-conditioning worked great! Breakfast buffet was very nice. Overall, a great stay at a good price! I'd recommend. I'd stay again. Hopefully next time the hot tub will be working!
Review 41：Soap left in bathtub from previous occupant, so had it really been cleaned? Also junk on desk and candy wrapper on floor behind night stand.Elevator problems. Fortunately I didn't get stuck, but i"ve had 2 back and 2 knee surgeries and had to climb down 3 flights of stairs.

Review 54：Not paying for "stuff" I didn't need. Breakfast was available but I didn't partake. Individual serving coffee and tea so you didn't have to worry about the cleanliness of the coffee pot and basket. Quiet location. Bed was comfortable with lots of pillows. Clerk at check in was friendly.
Review 55：The pool was merky and when we were in there were no poolside towels. The hot tub was not working. When i went to the desk to ask for towels, I waited 20 mins for someone to come to the desk. I finally just went to my room to get the towels. The pool area was messy. Food wrappers and pop cans everywhere. The beds were hard as a rock. The bath tub looked like it had never been cleaned.
